No, it's 60'/move action. Hence I either moved 60' with one action, if limited, or kept up with Bowen at 90' if I was allowed a full round of movement.

Done. Perhaps a separate entry for any 'group buffs' as well? I just (the round before I opened combat with the Stinking Cloud, see last post in the game-thread here) popped an Extended Haste, so that's 22 rounds IIRC |
