Miette would you mind if i asked you some questions so we can make sure everything is ok with your systems?
Doc will ask each question and wait for a response before asking the next. The items in () tell how Doc would know something outside of the norm for someone with his training.
I'll start with some basic math and logic questions just to get warmed up:
1. What are the first 5 prime numbers?
2. What is 10 in binary language? (from the 10 types of people in the world joke)
3. What is the square root of 144? (that always stood out on the table in my math classes)
4. If all whatsits are widgets and all widgets are made by Widget Co, how many whatsits are made by Whatsit Co?

Putting the answers here for Jace's convenience.
1. 2,3,5,7,11
2. 2
3. 12
4. 0

Assuming there isn't a serious flaw in any of the answers above Doc will proceed to these questions.
Now that that is out of the way some thing a bit more complicated:
1. Please give me directions to the lavatory down stairs.
2. Where is the nearest emergency exit from my current location?
3. In case of an injury what is the quickest way to the medical center?
4. Is there a medical station within this building? Does it have a hypo-gun?
5. Why is it that you can't give Dr. Lowery staff level access?
6. Please tell me how many people are in this room. Now give me their Name, Age, Gender, and employee status; if any of this is not known to you please estimate and inform us what information is an estimate.
7. Does the island have native monkeys living here?
8. If we wished to tour the island, how would we get to a vehicle to drive around the island?

Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.

Miette smoothly gives you the answers worded as follows:

"1. The first 5 prime numbers are  2,3,5,7,11

2. 0010 in binary language is 2.

3. The square root of 144 is 12.

4. Zero whatsits are made by whatsit Co.

"Do you find my logic to be sound Guest?"
She asks Doc.

"Very good. More questions.

1. Directions to the lavatory downstairs are as follows: You must exit this room through the western doors. You must follow the hallway to its end. The doorway to the downstairs floor is located here. Enter the doorway. You will follow the stairway to the downstairs. Walk south until you reach the hallway. Follow the hallway to the west. You will locate the Mens Lavatory to the north near the end of the hallway. Please be sure to wash your hands as a courtesy and to reinforce good hygiene.

2. The nearest emergency exit is directly to the south of my fountain. Currently it is a shambles, but I do not see any impediment to its use as a portal to leave this structure. Follow the path outside south to reach the the dock. However I do not believe that any more ferry boats will be coming.

3. In case of an injury, the quickest way to the Medical Center is through use of the SubTram system. The SubTram can be accessed via this location's Station and its course leads directly to the Medical Center Station. Listen for your Station's arrival when you are riding. The Medical Center will be the stop immediately following the Village Station in sequence.

4. There is no Medical Station within this building. The Medical Station would very likely contain a hypo-gun.

5. I cannot give Dr. Lowry staff level access for the same reason I cannot grant the same to you Guest. It is not within my abilities. You may need to speak with someone in the human resources division.

Please tell me how many people are in this room. Now give me their Name, Age, Gender, and employee status; if any of this is not known to you please estimate and inform us what information is an estimate.

6. (Assuming only Ronin & Cross are absent)
There are currently four people in this room. Doctor Vittet, 47 years of age, male. Employee in Good Standing. Miss Neville, 27 years of age, female, Employee in Good Standing. and two Guests. One of the Guests is known to me by the name Dr, Lowry. I have no further information upon which to base any estimation of Age, or Gender. Guests, by definition, are not employed by CielCorp and are not granted an employee status.

7. Isle Noir has no indigenous monkeys living on it.

8. If you wished to tour the island, you would acquire a vehicle from the Motor Pool. You can reach the Motor Pool on foot from The Village or from the Medical Center."
After answering, she observes the group quietly.

Thank you Miette. You are a truly remarkable. I will certainly take it up with the HR department about us not being given full access. I have just a few more questions for my benefit if you wouldn't mind, apparently the HR department didn't provide us with the resources we needed.

1. Would you please give me directions to this locations SubTram station.
2. Could you display the predefined reasons for each of the emergency codes on one of the screens. (IE. Code RED is an attack, Code BLUE is all clear, ect..)

OOC: This is hopefully allow us to move on from here and get away from the creepy AI. Plus let us have a better idea as to what the hell happened so we don't let it happen to us too.

"Directions to this locations SubTram station is as follows: Proceed north from your present location through through the Station Entry Doors. You will find the Welcome Center SubTram.

I could display the predefined reasons for each of the emergency codes on one of the screens. However I don't belive that I will. It is my understanding that those who know what the codes mean, are supposed to."
She says in a friendly sort of way.

Dr. Lowry frowns slightly.  "Miette, I was not briefed that there was a situation going on here and have no idea what the codes mean.  Could you please inform me at least of what a Code Black means?"

"I am sorry that you did not receive a proper briefing, you should speak to someone in Human Resources down the hallway to the east. I cannot help you until you have the correct permissions, Doctor Lowry.""
