Loder stops dead in his tracks as the battlefield comes into view.  "Um...  No?"

"ggGGRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRrrr!"

The scream echoed through the night-- it was so loud it seemed to come from everywhere at once, no thanks to the strange acoustics of the rain forest.

Eisen quickly takes a sweep of the area around him via the front of his rifle. There don't seem to be many cannibals left, and none that he can see through his narrow patch of trees, so his attention turns immediately to the roar. "Richard, what do you see? It's too loud to pinpoint from sound..." Ever the attentive, his first vocal reaction wasn't 'What the fuck was that?' though it had been his mental reaction.

Eisen & Richard
I need for you to make Fortitude Saves at this time as you are over-whelmed by a stench that is just ungodly awful.

It's so bad you wish you had some dog shit to rub up your nose just to block the scent of what you are smelly now.

Eisen
You can see trees shaking to the north of you. Something in the thick of them, moving them. But you are about be sick unless...

Eisen is Nauseated.  Hmm
Nauseated: Characters who are nauseated are unable to attack or do anything else requiring attention or concentration. The only action such a character can take is a single move action per turn.

Pingo rushes in and stabs the savage as Bones fires at at Choca as the cannibal breaks from cover, running & screaming.

*Rat-tat--!!!*

The man falls to the ground dead.

Jroaf leaves the temple in abject terror at the sound of the echoing cry, and vanishes around back. He disappears into the darkness of the back of the pyramid.

EDIT: It is now Malcolm's action to round out this, uh, round.

"In need of some heavy fire power chaps?" shouts Russo over the gunshots

"ggGGRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRrrr!"

The scream echoed through the night-- it was so loud it seemed to come from everywhere at once, no thanks to the strange acoustics of the rain forest.

"oh shit" he manages to choke

Russo is hustling and attempting to move as close to the others a possible (so that would be either 0,Z or 0,X)

Hauling the machinegun's tripod up onto his shoulder, Loder scrambles towards where Eisen and Richard stood. "C'mon Russo!  We're sitting ducks out here in the dark!"

Mal raises his massive riffle aiming at Pingo. After a moment he realizes this one is helping him and begins to look around for the source of that hideous roar.

Pingo stuck his machete into his belt, reminding himself to sharpen his blade should they live through this, and pulled out his blowgun. Who would have thought a small frog's mucus could be such a powerful weapon? Hopefully it would help him slay the demon, for surely he was close. Pingo had never heard such a hideous roar emit from any other creature's jaws, that was for sure.

Must have been karma for teasing the kid too much he realized.

Richard takes a deep sniff and analyzes the smell, smiling to himself.  This is what he's been waiting for, a real challenge.  Seeing the looks of nausea on his companions faces, he immediately dismisses them.  If they are too weak to handle what is coming that is their problem.  Shifting his position to face to rustling trees, he tries to see if he can spot his prey.
