Doc Loder
The man from the well doesn't look like he sustained any life threatening injuries. As best as you can tell, he met his death by drowning. Likely he took refuge in the well, and had found himself trapped. His finger nails and finger tips had been cut up from his attempts to climb out.

You do not hear any sounds that are out of place in the jungle.
Let's get these bodies buried, shall we?

Richard
You don't hear anything out of the ordinary yet. It could be that your are towards the rear of the settlement.

Eisen & Kestrel
The two of you hear some sort of "chugging" sound-- your recent days aboard the Halcon would make you think that it was the sound of a steam engine. The sound is coming from the river...

As he stops digging for a couple of seconds to wipe the sweat from his brow, Sergeant Kestrel suddenly looks over to the general direction of the river as he hears something.

"There's another boat nearby, do you hear it, Eisen?." he says as he sets his shovel into the ground and picks up his Tommygun.

Eisen heard it, had his pack on his back and his jacket shut up, and was leaping out of the hole as Kestrel spoke. Barely stopping, he says over his shoulder, before breaking into a full run, "If anyone wants to wait and see who that is, go for it. I'm getting a sniping spot. Richard, John, I'd like your guns for an ambush there and there, if you'd like." He was already running for the building he had in mind; Building 5, the bar. The stone was probably the sturdiest cover he could hope to find, and he didn't need to see the boat immediately  in any case. The boat was a poor defensible structure; the boat could be sunk, if there was a need for someone to sink it. The frontal building was too obvious. He'd rather wait until people got into the square and then they could let fire from multiple positions. If it was Nazis, this was bad; the last thing they needed was a shipload of Nazis. Though maybe those grenades would come in handy. And a second ship surely could...

Runs to Building 5, indicating towards the church and building 8 when speaking to Richard and John, where he:

"I'll take the church, you alert Doc and the rest over at the well!" John yells as he makes a run for the church, taking up a position near a window.

Loder looks up from the body he was inspecting at the sound of John yelling.  Her turns to Eisen.  "Is it really safe to be yelling out here?  I mean, who knows how close the cannibals might be!"

Richard looks up at the roof of a building and decides that it doesn't look like a safe hiding spot.  Instead, he finds a good vantage point from the ground that he can use to keep an eye on the river.

Hiding behind the Southern corner of building 4.

Kestrel, Eisen, & Richard
The three of you take up positions, hiding as best you each can. You keep you eyes and ears open.
You see a river boat round the bend, a mere 50 feet from the Halcon, and coming towards Machete Landing.

Eisen
You hear the sound of German voices. They sound excited, but you cannot make out what they are saying.

The rest of you hear the sound of a river boat chugging up the river towards Machete Landing.

Pingo's going to pull The Kid to the edge of the woods and attempt to hide, (also signing for him to hide), and wait at the forest edge for now. Yep...just chilling...

Hides a 2, I'm fucked. (1d20+2=8)

Yeah, I might as well be swinging my dick around for all to see.

The  riverboat comes into easy view of Machete Landing. Men in grey uniforms, wearing steel helmets can be seen manning the decks. You can make out red armbands on the men.

As the boat comes in closer it is clear that the objective of the craft isn't to land... It moves in closer to El Halcon...

Kestrel
22 Spot -- You see a lot of Nazis, As if the Red armbands and unique helmet shapes weren't a dead giveaway. Someone on the boat shouts "Das ist das Boot, das wir wünschen! Zerstören Sie es!" -- Men on the deck are armed with rifles and German SMGs. You think you may recoginize a German face or two. A few have Grenades but that doesn't top the German kneeling down, aiming his bazooka at the Halcon! It fires!

Richard
27 Spot --
Steel helmets. Red armband. No doubt these were Nazis. Especially when a German voice shouts "Das ist das Boot, das wir wünschen! Zerstören Sie es!"

Soldiers on deck are armed with German rifles and SMGs, You can see men with grenades. Amongst the helmets of the German soldiers you spot a man wearing a German Officer's hat. It's a pretty long shot, but you MIGHT be able to make him regret bringing a boat after your party. In all you make out 12 men. It's tough to say at this distance, bit you THINK you may recognize a face or two belonging to a German or two who had escaped your previous encounter in the cantina.

THEN you see a Nazi wielding a German Panzerschreck -- "Tank Terror" --  a bazooka. It fires.

Russo
16 Spot -- There's a lot of armed Nazis on the deck on the ship. At least 10! SOmeone is yelling in German "Das ist das Boot, das wir wünschen! Zerstören Sie es!"

Loder
9 Spot -- Holy shit! Germans! "Das ist das Boot, das wir wünschen! Zerstören Sie es!"

Eisen
I'm going to count your previous Listen check.

"Das ist das Boot, das wir wünschen! Zerstören Sie es!" <There's the boat we want! Destroy it!>

*KA-BOOOOOOooooooooooooOOOSH~!!!*

Wood shatters and explodes into the air-- beams reduced to splinters as the rear Quarter of El Halcon takes a MASSIVE HIT! Smoke fills the air from the explosive round, and the smell of sulfur from the explosive wafts easily towards your hiding spots.

Russo had not seen any sign of explosive but it's effect was clear enough

*KA-BOOOOOOooooooooooooOOOSH~!!!*

He flinched as the explosion registered then straightened up and stared at the void his face a picture of horror and shock and utter utter disbelief, the smell of sulpher wafted through his inhert form washed over him like a tide, rooted as he was to the ground with fear and shock.

Oh god Jace tell me you did not just do that!!
