Combat Vigor, from the Combat Focus line of feats, grants Fast Healing 2 (or 4 if you have 3 Combat Focus feats) every time you enter combat. With that said, why do you need it? You've got Martial Spirit most likely...
The other obvious choice would be to go with Cleric/PrC Paladin with a Crusader dip, then strait into RKV. Then you can use Persistant Lesser Mass Vigor or Persistant Vigorous Circle.

Hehehe, my dog will still be a better tank You should probably find a way to get more battlefield control in there, such as taking a glaive and getting ticket of blades and something like stand still (from expanded psionic handbook) to prevent people from moving around, this would grant you the ''tank'' title, instead of just being able to take punishment. Also, we got our hands on some animated shields in yesterday's session, these will help. I have to wonder if adamantium full plate is a good idea, anyone can back me up on this? Post your build, maybe people here can comment on it (I play in his game, rest of the party is : Turning cleric. Summoning druid (me) Halfling swashbuckler rogue Elven anima mage wizard)

Try the saint template from Book of Exalted Deeds. Most powerful LA +2 template ever (including powerful fast healing), but you need to have a certain number of exalted feats before you can take it.

The Healing Devotion feat from Complete champion will also give you fast healing that scales with your level, and can be used multiple times/day with your turn undead attempts.

There's also always the Troll-Blood feat for regeneration 1.

There's also always the Troll-Blood feat for regeneration 1.
It also leaves you fatigued in sunlight though, so it's only worth it if you're a warforged or otherwise immune to fatigue.

Dragon Cohort from the same book is generally better than Dragon Steed. And there are better things you could be using that LA for, like Saint BoED, Feral SS and Mineral Warrior

Mineral warrior would actually fill the tank role pretty well!! althought the loss of wis and cha would be a pretyt harsh hit for a spellcasting paladin. Feral is very good, but I think would have to be reflavored, maybe if you could scrap your half dragon hit dice to go for feral right now, it would help you a lot. We could work out the thing so that feral has a lizardy feel going on. Maybe go for dragonborn too, +0 LA, +2 cons, and a special power (P-L on joue vendredi 7 heures chez nous. Soit la )

Also sack your AC and use Iron Guard's Glare. That's a good way to tank. Make yourself hittable, then make everyone else not worth trying after.

+1 to the Cleric/Crusader/RKV suggestion. Loss of a single BAB, few hit points, and cha to saves is made up by having tons of useful spells and domain powers.
Warforged Cloistered Cleric 1 / Crusader 4 / Ruby Knight Vindicator 10 / (reflavored for Weejas) Ordained Champion 3 / Contemplative 1 / Mineral Warrior LA 1 The reason I'm suggesting the Cloistered version is so you can take the Knowledge Domain and put four ranks into a few knowledge skills and later on grab that 5th rank. After picking up masterwork tools, maybe a +5 comp item, a int booster, and Collector of Stories, Knowledge Devotion becomes really handy. You can also pick up Troll-Blooded now. If your DM lets you reach Sainthood then skip Mineral Warrior.

Problem with sainthood is that, while our party is good (Neutral good druid, lawful good cleric of pelor) we also have some more troubling elements (true neutral elf binder/wizard, chaotic neutral shadow halfling rogue) that sometimes stir up trouble.
Also, we have a .... slight.... tendency to just call ''dungeon rules'' on any obstacle that we fail to overcome by means other than combat.
Dungeon rules means we kill everything and loot their bodies.
So sainthood might be hard to reach in that environment...

lol, sounds like a normal game.
The MiC also has weapon crystals that heal 1~5 HP per attack for the first ten blows. At low levels they can effectively give you Fast Healing 2 during a single encounter for 400gp.
Enemies and Allies has an even better option, Waithful Strike (or something like that) is a +3 enchantment that makes the weapon heal you for half the damage you deal. But as you can guess it's likely to be banned in most games so don't get your hopes up in case your DM says no.
