"Just what do you think the moon up in the sky is? Everyone sees that big, round shiny thing and thinks there must be something round up there, right? That's just silly. The truth is much more awesome than that. You can almost never see the real Moon, and its appearance is death to humans. You can only see the Moon when it's reflected in things. And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~"

There is a little girl's clown costume titled "Lolli the clown"...

I honestly don't know whether to laugh my ass off or weep for humanity.

And I don't know what possibility is worse... that this may have been deliberate, or completely innocent...

Precisely

Also I'm impulsive and sometimes don't think my actions through...

Also I thought you'd be able to handle it without squicking.

Mass apologies from Uncle Kitteh I didn't think you'd react quite like that.

Perhaps I have become too immune to internet weirdness in my time...

I think its an overreaction, bhu. I laughed, went 'wtf', but then, I'll admit I'm used to the strange sort of things Japan can produce.
