Wait...who the hell is she?
She's the Republican candidate for the governor of Delaware, and Tea Party enthusiast. She's widely mocked so much I can't believe you haven't seen this before. Believe me, here in Singapore, people are still laughing at Palin. And erm, wtf is a Tea Party enthusiast. Are they like descendants of the instigators of the Boston Tea Party, which if I remember correctly were a bunch of smugglers protesting against...smuggling? Your memory fails you, sir. The men behind the Boston Tea Party were protesting abusive taxes from England on tea and stamps. Since the british were very enthusiastic about their 5 o'clock tea, some of the local dumped a certain smuggling ship's contents into the ocean in protest. From context, I wager that Tea Party enthusiast is basically an unfucked "we are feminists, your argument is invalid" bitch of some sort. More of a slightly off-kilter anti-obamanist group. I believe there's a wiki entry that's nearly 100% accurate on it.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.
Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH! Behind door number 2: A magic crown! Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY! They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.
Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.
Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time. I give you much fu. Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky, Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone, Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die, One for the Wizard on his dark throne In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

And erm, wtf is a Tea Party enthusiast. Tea Party MovementTea Party ProtestsIn short, they're sort of like libertarians, but really socially conservative. Also, the movement is still relatively new, and there's little real cohesion at this point. In other words, the movement really caught on when it's founding beliefs were broad statements like "the government is too big and is spending too much", but they've had trouble forming a single, concise party when they try to define specifics.

My balancing 3.5 compendiumElemental mage test gameQuotesIt is a shame stupidity isn't painful. Totally true. Historians believe that most past civilizations would have endured for centuries longer if they had successfully determined Batman's alignment. Why are so many posts on the board the equivalent of " Dear Dr. Crotch, I keep punching myself in the crotch, and my groin hurts... what should I do? How can I make my groin stop hurting?" I suggest carving "Don't be a dick" into him with a knife. A dull, rusty knife. A dull, rusty, bent, flaming knife. Fluffy: It's over Steve! I've got the high ground! Steve: You underestimate my power! Fluffy: Don't try it, Steve! Steve: *charges* Fluffy: *three critical strikes* Steve: **** I don't even stat out commoners. Commoner = corpse that just isn't a zombie. Yet. When I think "Old Testament Boots of Peace" I think of a paladin curb-stomping an orc and screaming "Your death brings peace to this land!" Buy a small country. Or Pelor. Both are good investments.

One of the more awesome 404 messages I've seen. Today, I was browsing girl names while trying to name my latest character and happened upon this gem. Snow's meaning is snow. My mind. It is blown.

A little something I found in a handout on nomenclature I got the other day Objective synonyms: Different names that by examination of nomenclatorial literature alone are judged to refer to the same taxon. For example, any two family-group names with the same type genus or any two genera with the same type species are objective synonyms. Two species based on the same specimen are also considered objective synonyms. These synonyms are generally created only by a drug or alcohol-induced stupor that lasts for days or weeks for the author or by an inadvertent error.

I watched a Drowtales Flash out of curiosity and thought the main character's voice sounded familiar (it wasn't that one, but...). I did a doubletake at the credits.

That reminds me, I started reading Fairy Tail today.
The following line from Makarov:
"The council can go find whoever painted the zebras cuz I just don't care!"
Made me LOL.
Can't believe it's not by Eiichiro Oda. The art style is practically his with a twist.
