I think that was from either a FAQ or RotG. Neither are "official rules", but they usually spell out RAI pretty well. YMMV. The only thing I could find was this. It seems to me the "use the alignment chart" is a common houserule, but not much beyond that.

A Star Wars Saga Edition one here gents. Q101: Legacy Era Campaign setting, page 31. The Brawler Talent Hammerblow.
Knights of the Old Republic Campaign Guide, page 33. The Echani Training Feat.Does this stack?
If I hold no items and no weapons, and attack only once, would I get 4 times my Str Bonus to damage? For example, a mod of +3. Double due to Brawler Talent. +6 Doubled yet again by Echani Training. +12.Failed my Perception check . Attack and Damage is not the same thing. Damn it would have been sweet though...

the most effective optimization is the one you can actually get away with. (A group of nerds are called a murder because like crows we are anti-social, like shiny things, and often squack at each other over nothing for hours) I often have to remind people not to underrate divination. The ability to effectively metagame without actually metagaming beats the ability to set things on fire more times than not.

Q103
If you are playing with Magic-Psionics transparency, can you use Psionic Powers to qualify for feats? For example could I qualify for reserve feats like Fiery Blast if I could manifest a 2nd level Psionic power with the [Fire] descriptor?

A103 Psi-magic transparency is purely up to your DM, but there's a problem in that the reserve mechanic involves having the spell prep'd but un-cast, and Psi doesn't prep in the first place. Also, few powers have the [Fire] tag and those that do only have it roughly 1/4 of the time. Possible house-rule: you can use the reserve feat after using a [fire] power of the appropriate level.
Q104 Let's say you're a level 20 Cleric, Air and War domains, everything else open to customization.... and you want to build a bomb. What do you do?

Question 105: How does the krau Illumian sigil work? For example if I am an Illuminan Sorcerer3/Cloistered Cleric 1 with a krau sigil will I cast spells as a Sorcerer4/Cleric2? Or will it just increase my effective caster level for the purpose of determining spell damage, duration, save dcs etc.

A 104Put ranks into Craft (Alchemy). Alternatively, talk the DM into allowing turn earth creature attempts for DMM.

Q104 (cont)
Maybe I should specify. I'm looking for a way to deal large amounts of damage at least a few rounds after I leave an area. If I was a Wizard, "Delay Blast Fireball" is what I'd use. Alchemy doesn't seem to get the "large" part down. Any other suggections?

If you're going to do that... might as well make it Antimatter. Plutonium would just give them radiation poisoning, at best (unless you also wish for a nuclear bomb casting to detonate it). And I just heard a bunch of *MRAAOOW* *Kaboom!* sounds in the distance.

That's a misnomer, the term critical mass refers to a state of temperature and density in where a chain reaction starting with a singe atom splitting, ending with the sum total of the whole strong force of the atomic bomb's fissionable matterial in an explosion.

Right. It takes a powerful (non-nuclear) explosion set off inside a carefully constructed sealed container (which focuses the blast) to actually cause a nuclear explosion. The most powerful nuclear weapons actually use a "lesser" nuclear explosion basically as the "detonator" for a much more powerful nuclear blast (fission-fusion-fission bombs).
A chuck of plutonium sitting around will just make people sick from radiation poisoning, and if it's really big maybe get hot and melt through some stuff (as in Chernobyl). It won't be causing any mushroom clouds, though.
