So here's what the SWEX says:
"The Game Master may also give you more bennies for great roleplaying, overcoming major obstacles, or even entertaining everyone with an outlandish action, side-splitting in-game joke, or other memorable act."

So that's what this thread will be for. If you feel someone has done a great in-character roleplaying post. Put it here.
Feel free to back-up someone's claim. Don't vote for yourself. I'll make the final call, of course.

Now each adventure I get a certain amount of "group bennies" equal to the number of players (5 at this time). And each of my Wild Cards has 2 of their own, instead of the 3+ you all get. So if you feel an NPC has done a great job, you can nominate him as well. I doubt anyone will, but it's there.

That being said, I'll award two bennies thus far. Each official award of mine will be in the following format:

Major Davis is awarded ONE BENNY for this post.

Knowing Davis is based off Edward, the thought of if a were can smell poison was about the best thing I could see him thinking, and it had, at least me, rolling with laughter.

Guy LaRoque is awarded ONE BENNY for this post.

I won't always write an explanation, but for these I am, of course. The blind man being treated like an invalid is a pretty common occurrence, and most resent it, and Generic covered that RP very nicely.

Ooh, hey, questions about bennies...
How often are bennies re-set?  I know if it were an in person game, it would be each session, but PBP is a little different.
and also, how do I let you know if I want to spend a benny? would I just post a second roll, saying 'Hey, I spent a benny?'

For now at least, I'm going with one adventure = one session. So bennies reset after each adventure, which will incur a new thread, as well, for easy reference.  If that seems to be taking too long, I'll adjust accordingly, of course.

And yes, for using bennies, roll first, if you don't like it, roll again, and post both stating that you used a benny. Remember, you take the better results, so if you do a two attack thing and roll 7/2/1 on your three dice vs 5/4/3 you take the one that results in 2 hits and no accidental bystander hits.

Ok, cuse um, I used a benny for my notice roll, but wasn't sure how to denote that. So rather than 3, I've now got 2 bennies.

Nérine is awarded ONE BENNY for this post.
An innocent girl shape-shifting in front of a young customs official is priceless.
