I'm hoping the reason for the edit is no DC to scale a ladder? >_>
I dunno. *awaits PM, as my action is essentially a "ditto" of yours*

I don't need a climb check for a solid ladder, but a rope ladder would require a climb check.

Heh, I was actually thinking of the same thing, Jacemachine, possibly waiting for the guy every 2 cars or so to take a potshot as he jumps from car to car, but I figured I'd give the rooftop chase a go since I wasn't sure if there was a way to climb up the roof from one of the other cars. That's why I asked J0lt about those ladders

Yeah... come to think of it, what is it like outside right now? The scenery, the weather, etc...?

Hot, dry, barren. A few clouds off in the distance, but in the immediate area it's bright unfiltered sunlight.

Thanks. That's good to know... Doesn't change my battle plan all that much, but it's good to know.

Note: Posting my actions now, as I don't want to bog things down by waiting for my turn in the initiative order and then not being able to post for hours on end (tell me if that would work better).
This is actually what I'd prefer. I totally agree that it'll speed things up, because we don't all have the same online times. Let's try out group initiative for the rest of this encounter to see how it works. Post whenever you're online, but only post once per round please.

I will post again when I wake up. It's late and I'm quite tired. At least, too tired to think.

Sounds good I reserve the right to post free action talking every once in a while though EDIT: I love the references, Boz

As long as it's kept short, it's okay, no more than a sentence per round.

EDIT: I love the references, Boz I saw the opportunity with the traincar's roof and couldn't resist. Expect it to be a catchphrase here too.

From what I understand, a jammed revolver is no real big deal. It just means you have to turn the cylinder once to a new bullet and you're ready to go again. I believe that's part of the draw to the firearm style.
Just thought I'd bring that up.
