I had it.  It's not so bad, as long as you can keep the fever down.

Nah, just a tonsil infection.   Tongue  The problem is that my job involves answering the phones, so I have to take time off so that all the talking doesn't make things worse.

That does suck, dude.

On the bright side, I just got my transfer confirmed. Hooray not having to job-hunt. Unfortunately it looks like the new boss is a real flake. Maybe I should keep turning in applications...

As for the game, should I post about my readied action going off, or is it just assumed that it happened?

May as well post it.  You can describe the horse's reaction too, if you want.

Alrighty. Posting, though I think I'll leave the horse's reaction to Jace if that's alright.

Edit: Hindsight is twenty-twenty. Heh... Roll high, Jackson. Tongue

Heh, he may be able to break the grapple...  Otherwise, you guys are without your "professional" assistance.

That would be rather hilarious

I can almost hear him screaming and swearing at Cedric and Zeke as he's being dragged off

EDIT:
Well, looks like you guys should've thought this plan through a little bit more

I specifically designed this encounter so there'd be no time to think.  I wanted these Jumping Jacks to keep you guys off balance the whole time.  Smirk

I was kinda hoping for an attack of opportunity, if only to make some kind of quick grapple check or something else to pull Jackson away before they got hauled off. >_>

And that Jack has a REALLY strong grip. Holy crap...

Eh, don't think my rolls were too good--except that action point, which added NINE to my Spot check. I love that talent.

Faith is awesome. It really gives your action points weight, no matter how you roll. I'd have played a Dedicated hero in this game had I not played on in the last D20Modern campaign I played in. Wouldn't want to get bored of it.

 Laugh Clap

Too freakin hilarious-- Too bad he didn't take any damage from the horse and the rope suddenly jerking, yanking his head and neck, and dragging him across the ground.

So do these Jack's need to breath? Because this guy isn't anytime soon.

This is pretty neat. The two people probably least suited out of the party for a high-speed horse chase are now in the middle of one. Tongue

Actually, since my character grew up on a Ranch, I have at least a +5 to my Ride skill-- Now shooting and fighting... I don't really have any call to be involved in that sort of ruckus at all!
