For grins you might go a good cleric base with vow of peace and keep on spamming them with end of strife.
It doesn't sound like they have a good range guy in what you described and if nothing else it'll make them think for a couple of rounds before you go and own them.

i dont really expect to 'contribute' here, just commenting
winnig with lots of fighter lvs would be excellent.. commoner would be better...
dosnt 5:1 epic require broken mechanics?
this is an areana situation?
TS + large tarps +cats + imediate action TS + rope. who needs a regular win, when you can put them in a bag of cats..
anyway, i saw in the vs. preview that a bard and wiz will be involved on their side, so you have to win init... beyond that i would optimize for fun.

See if you can get into the arena ahead of time (possibly with anticipate teleportation to get there first). Stop time. Write explosive runes on every possible surface, then polymorph into a force dragon.
Misdirection: Make a simulacrum of your character and disguise yourself as a familiar. Alternatively, a "The Big Guy is With Me" build, where the companion is the real danger.
Fill a portable hole with dust of dryness (already at full capacity) then empty the hole onto the ground. They probably won't be prepared for underwater combat, and they might be knocked prone by the wave. Works best if you're an artificer due to cost.
Get a Fine bag of holding and Fine portable hole, and build them into a two-section arrow so that one section is pushed into the other on impact.
Play an arseplomancer.
Play a chicken-infested commoner. Draw a shuriken and return it as a free action until you have an NI number of chickens. Use Dragonfire Inspiration/Incite Rage/Incite Frenzy for an army of flaming chickens which cannot die. (If their BAB is too low to hit, take kensai levels and bring a war chanter cohort with your BAB infused in him). As a variation, use Fell Drain area spells on the chickens and take that feat which causes undead you create to explode with negative energy when destroyed.

I feel that the answer should somehow involve hitting them all with Otto's Irresistible Dance. Something something half-elf diplomancer, group hug/touch attack, dance party! The encounter is done, pop a stereo out of your bag, bust a move in cheesy-yet-not-gloating fashion. Bonus points if you find out what kind of music Sam likes and get her to dance with you... because that's really what we're optimizing for right?

i can't believe i'm the first one to suggest diplomancer. and make sure to have your character ask Sam's on a date as the diplomacy check, or immediately following it.

Given that PCs aren't affected by diplomacy, wouldn't a diplomancer be out of the question?

Play an arseplomancer. Unless she has a very twisted sense of humor, I doubt this is going to get any bonus points from Sam. Play a chicken-infested commoner. Draw a shuriken and return it as a free action until you have an NI number of chickens. Use Dragonfire Inspiration/Incite Rage/Incite Frenzy for an army of flaming chickens which cannot die. This however reeks of awesome.

I second the chicken-infested commoner route. I recommend as many commoner levels as possible while still guaranteeing initiative. Nothing impresses the ladies like a guy with a sense of humor.

Totally worth it though, the table would have a minute of silence, before everyone falls over laughing. Play a chicken-infested commoner. Draw a shuriken and return it as a free action until you have an NI number of chickens. Use Dragonfire Inspiration/Incite Rage/Incite Frenzy for an army of flaming chickens which cannot die. The mind transcends the body. It's also a little cold because of that. Please get it a blanket. I wish I could read your mind, I can barely read mine. "Skynet begins to learn at a geometric rate. It becomes self-aware at 2:14 a.m. Eastern time, August 29th. At 2:15, it begins rolling up characters."
"Just what do you think the moon up in the sky is? Everyone sees that big, round shiny thing and thinks there must be something round up there, right? That's just silly. The truth is much more awesome than that. You can almost never see the real Moon, and its appearance is death to humans. You can only see the Moon when it's reflected in things. And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~" -Ibuki Suika, on overkill

The half-elf bard 1 soothing voice isn't technically a diplomacy check. It uses a diplomacy check to set the DC, but it's a... well actually that's not really well defined. I'm not sure if it's even a bardic music effect. It functions like fascinate, has an effect like calm emotions, but doesn't state that it's a mind effect. In any event, I suggest ditching the whole thing and playing strip poker instead.

Darkstalker + Mindblank + out of control hide check + HiPS + Flat-footed immunity + that one psionic power that lets you act as an immediate action = hide and never be seen no matter what. Kill at your own discretion. Might need to combine with some anti-AoE ability. Basically drag it out as long as they want to try and find you.

Go with the Dark Template and surround yourself in an antimagic field. Dark Template gets HiPS as (Ex) and the AMF won't let their telepathy detect you.

I'd make a Chrono Legionnaire-style arcane (Multispell-spam) or psionic (รก la the original) Teleport-by attacker with the last 10 levels taken in Eternal Blade to give you the Oh Shit-button of Island in Time and some more interesting charges to use (Initiator Level 20 by the end of it, with full access to Iron Heart, White Raven, Diamond Mind & Devoted Spirit). Allows you to remain in control and take your time with this.
Alternatively, someone who layeth the Smackdown in melee; just being a melee combatant guarantees that you'll be fine. Just a classic Cheater of Mystra, with all the Contingencies (Craft Contingent Spell) in place just in case. Anti-Magic Field should give you pretty good protection and having all your buffs on inside it should mean you'll never be in any danger. And if they manage to Disjunction the AMF, a Crafted Contingency goes off and creates another one - again, you can fight at your terms and never actually risk anything.
One more interesting option would be a psionic character using that Psy War-Power whose name I cannot remember that moves you and one opponent to a private battleground - then just take them all out one by one.
Bonus points for Charming/Dominating Sam's character in the start and keeping her alive throughout the battle.
