Welcome Smile

By the way, you might want to make your sheet on myth-weavers viewable to the rest of us Wink

Actually, that is my fault. It was my sheet, that was made editable by him as well.

EDIT: This Edit is to inform you that the sheet in question has been edited.

Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I'll be handling the excruciating task of the Character Harrison "Bones" Avery from this day forth. This is my second time as bones, since he was my creation in the beginning. I hope you all feel privileged to be part of my first PbyP gaming function. If you don't well then start. RELEASE THE KITTIES!

i indeed feel honored to be in the presence of bone's creator although your avatar is just that little bit unsettling O_o

on another note do we notice the sudden change in bone's headgear Big Grin

Actually, the hat Bone's wears is technically supposed to be a near identical one to Max's own, which he took from Bones last time they met. Max describes his hat as a felt brimmed fedora hat. Wink

Here's my proposal PoliosRevenge--

If you would like to play YOUR version of Bones, I will allow it. Since he is a 5th level character he would undergo no changes. However, if you would like to stick with the version I built as a NPC, you may.

Problem is I'm not using my Tommygun, I'm using my revolver and a flashlight, due to the lack of light Wink

Hmmm...

Well you can see why I was obviously confused, because THIS post you stated:

"Shit! What was that!" John hisses as he jumps up from the couch, grabbing his SMG as he listens and scans the area for any hostile activity.

"Eisen, Russo, you awake? You see or hear anything?" he asks as he peers through the room, his Tommygun at the ready.

This other post confused me as well... especially after you retroactively changed what you had first written.

John grabs his flashlight and draws his revolver and starts to head over to Bones' room.

Swing Tommygun over shoulder, draw flashlight (and switch it on) and revolver.

I do not remember a thing about your flashlight and revolver when you first made that post. Editing it today AFTER I made the post calling you out about it --> « Reply #873 on: Today at 11:25:09 AM »

Makes me think that you are trying to cheat. You aren't trying to cheat are you Mr. Silverclaw?

I would advise AGAINST editing posts in this manner in the future. It is one thing to affect flavor text. it is another thing entirely to change text to give your character an advantage.

Am I wrong?

Cut me some slack here, will ya?

Allow me to clarify:
The first post:
Yeah, I grabbed my SMG of the table, seeing as I didn't know if I had time to come back for it later, and it's pretty much my main schtick.

The second post:
The part I edited is the part in spoilers, I'll get to that in a minute.
After I/John realised there might not be enough light to properly see the enemy, I decided to switch to Revolver and Flashlight. (seeing as those are pretty much on my person all the time, like my Colt 1911). I might lose some damage potential that way, but at least I'll be able to hit stuff.

The part I edited was twofold. First part is the SMG part. After reading up to see what had happened until now I noticed I was kinda vague about the swapping, so I edited to clarify that I didn't just drop my Tommygun, but used the strap to swing it over my shoulder so I could use it later. The second part was about me flicking on the flashlight. I figured it'd be obvious I switched it on when I mentioned switching to revolver and flashlight, but just in case I edited my post. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal if I edited it to prevent any future mixups, I just forgot to mention it, sorry 'bout that.

So, in short, sorry for any confusion, I didn't mean to upset you or disrupt the game or anything, it was an honest mistake.

~Bowen (and please don't call me Mr. Silverclaw, that makes me feel old Wink)

Alrighty then-- I can see what you are saying.

Just be aware that I try to monitor this game as closely as I can. I check posts, timestamps, and rolls. If I see something that looks strange or suspicious I will call it-- if you have a good explanation then I am fine. This goes for everyone really.

You can change old posts, I'm not telling anyone not too-- just be wary about how that may look.
