Happy Shoot Out guys!
That implies the Native's have guns and plan on using them. That is a recipe for unpleasantness.

I love the picture too, it is about right for Mal to just kick him in the ass and move on.

Nah! No hand guns, but these other guys can tell you; The Native are in no shortage of Ranged Weaponry.

I was just updating the map to match the declared actions for the surprise round so far, and I've included a couple of neat touches. Look for the Mute's Word Bubble and Muzzle Flashes in front of those who have used firearms in a particular round.

Apparently my previous post got eaten by the boards... Bang Head

Give me a couple of minutes and I'll have (the essence of) that previous post back up.

Mal's POV from the Top.
Note that it would be difficult to see Cannibals from his POV if they were to duck down on their step.

This is what Eisen and Richard are seeing from their POV atop the carved statue-block.

And the city in relative 3-D The Trees are tall, but I can't show them in any meaningful way yet.

Jace what programs do you use for all of your wonderful graphics? I don't have much talent for art but would love to try and incorporate graphics like this in my games.

Use use a combination of PaintShop Pro 7 and Google SketchUp. SketchUp is free and YouTube has a bunch of tutorials I should watch.

BTW, I'm really loving all these graphics and the huge map. All the angles your showing really help me put everything in perspective and get me into the battle. I can literally see it unfolding in my mind's eye. I appreciate the work you do as a GM to give us this, its above the standard in my experiences.

Thanks guys! It is a lot of work, but in MOST cases it is pretty fun. I couldn't do it without help of my art programs and easy access to the rules... oh, and a Part-Time job. And a bong  Wink

I'm a very visual person by nature, and this is all the stuff that I like to know when I'm in a gaming situation. As a sometimes "MacGyver PC" in the field myself, I like to see my options as clearly as possible.
