My episodes have stalled out at #30. I've tried re-subscribing and manually re-adding the feed but neither worked. Any suggestions?

The issue is that someone signed us up for itunes and did not give the correct feed. We are trying to get itunes to fix the problem. |

Josh partially answered it. You can manually add the right feed in itunes and get it to work. I have the info here: http://brilliantgameologists.com/subscribeBut the short answer is that our feed is http://brilliantgameologists.com/feed not one that says podbean. Thanks for letting us know! |

Not really, but I'm sure it's holding us back from getting an influx of new listeners.
It's so annoying because we didn't even do it. I'm frustrated with itunes that someone else can just submit a feed and it will accept it as the real feed. Why don't they make it so only the author can publish? And I can't do anything without making an account which means putting in a credit card number. I'm sure someone just had good intentions, but this really screwed us up.
If anyone has any hints as to what we do to get the feed changed, enlighten us? We can poke around and figure it out I'm sure but it's the time of finding out and getting the steps that's holding us up right now.

Earlier this week I talked about how numerous podcasters were having trouble with their listing in the iTunes podcast directory not updating with the latest episodes. I’ve verified the source of the problem and found a fix.
Previously I presented a theory that the problem traced back to the FeedBurner FeedSmith plugin. That theory appears to be verified. The Internet Business Mastery listing in iTunes is now up to date.
The problem should only affect you if you publish your podcast with WordPress and use the latest version of the FeedSmith plugin (the version when FeedBurner took it over and renamed it) to forward your feed to FeedBurner.
To fix this, you just do a couple simple edits to the plugin file, FeedBurner_FeedSmith_Plugin.php. Open it in any text editor. Anywhere you see 307 replace it with 302. This will change the type of redirect that the plugin uses.
You can also just download and use the modified version that I have prepared and will temporarily provide here. To do this:
1. Deactivate the FeedSmith plugin in the WordPress admin
2. Right-click here to save FeedBurner_FeedSmith_Plugin.zip to your computer
3. Unzip the file and extract FeedBurner_FeedSmith_Plugin.php
4. Upload the file to your wp-content/plugins directory (this should overwrite the old version)
5. Reactivate the FeedSmith plugin in the WordPress admin
