Spellcasting is actually already nonmagical. It is the effects of spellcasting which are magical.
That said, deities can cast in antimagic fields so why do you want Ex spellcasting?

whut? Ah, that should read "Fiend of Possession has DvR 0 from Epic Vow of Poverty". I have edited the original post to reflect this. Epic Vow of Poverty is a homebrew feat that has been allowed. Here is a version of it. |

The only effect it has on evil creatures is allowing their natural attacks overcome DR/Evil. Good creatures with the evil subtype are affected by effects as they they had both the evil and good alignments.  |

I am aware (and the succubus paladin is one of my favourite wizards example PCs) but it would be extremely hard to justify a feat that requires your soul be so good that you are to good as good is to neutral on a creature that is formed from the stuff of evil. Basically you would need some sort of epic back story to justify that lol. |

Deities are not immune to possession. Only Protection from Evil and similar effects block it. Also, my deity can deliberately fail rank checks to have deity granted immunities bypassed. My Fiend of Possession has DvR 0 from Epic Vow of Poverty and can therefore make rank checks. Doesn't work. Deities do not automatically fail when they roll a one and the strata bonuses keep like a thirty points ahead of him. I'll try to go through the rules and check whatever I can fail about voluntarily failing rolls. I may just remember things wrong. Sorry for disregarding the rest of the stuff, I have a visitor until tomorrow, so I am really short on time. |

The reason for the Ex stuff is so that A. It can be stacked down to 1~2 HD by the Petitioner template (optional), and B. Mordenkainen's Disjunction does NOTHING! to Ex abilities.
