You could True Shapechange or polymorph into the form that you want. However I'm pretty sure that you won't be able to replace racial HD with class levels.

I'm going to be making up the statistics for a Succubus 12/Fiend of Possession 6/Marshal 1/Hexblade 3/Wilder 1/Illithid Slayer 10/ Epic Illithid Slayer 70 who will be possessing my deity during my attempt.

Also, just to double check, since my FoP counts as part of my deity the FoP also is considered to be making physical contact for the purpose of manifesting a power that the deity knows. Correct?

All epic spells go through me first, but you can certainly ask about the existing ones.

Unless I am mistaken TGoH is making a comparison between the old deity builds of Deities and Demigods and the ones they provide, so it has little bearing on your character. Also, if my memory serves me, it even says that deities with monstrous HD should take it up to the next figure divisible by five...

Deities are not immune to possession. Only Protection from Evil and similar effects block it.

Also, my deity can deliberately fail rank checks to have deity granted immunities bypassed. My Fiend of Possession has DvR 0 from Epic Vow of Poverty and can therefore make rank checks.

This is irrelevant for me but it might be useful to someone else to bypass immunity to mind affecting effects to gain buffs.

I was hoping to use the the Ritual of Association from SS to get the Native subtype to qualify my Succubus for the Proxy template. If that is not allowed would you allow any of the following?
1. Ritual of Alignment (SS)
2. Unholy Scion (HoH)
3. Divine Minion Template (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mb/20050209a)
4. Half-Fiend Draegloth (MF) (Half Fiend Drow)
5. Half-fiend, Durzagon (MM2) (Half Fiend Duergar)
6. Orc Plague Speaker (MM5)

Any other method of combining the Outsider type with the Evil and Native subtypes would also work.
