Chido hands Jayce and Rassk the two starter chips. "Alright, we're heading south out of Mos Eisley for about two klicks, then adjust your heading so you're pointed towards the canyons. There's a specific canyon we'll be taking to throw off pursuit. I don't know if you've heard of it before...it's called Beggar's Canyon."

The trio of speeder bikes takes off from the spaceport into the desert. The twin suns directly overhead beat down, and light winds whip sand up as the party travels south. For about a kilometer or so, the trip is uneventful, with little more occuring than a pair of womprats skittering away in alarm as you accelerate past.
