Lots of good stuff here, and, yes, the relics in general are very good for their price. On the other hand, the feat investment is a fairly high cost, as is maxing out UMD. I'd like to be somewhat selective and only include relics which are great for their price REGARDLESS of who's using them (like the Kobold relic that's basically an incredibly-cheap Portable Hole, which I THOUGHT I had on the list already...)

3 days, not necromancy, so...
Bracers of Murder from DotU.
+2 on attack/damage rolls on flat-footed targets. +2 on the save DC of a death attack You may reroll any 1's on your Sneak Attack dice as many times as you want
The cost? 8000gp.
There is no reason why anyone with the death attack class ability would not buy these.
Yeah, that's pretty impressive. Do you have a page citation? DotU is one of the books I don't have.

Edit: Still no graft list? To be honest, I'm just not sure how I'm going to add in a graft list without sticking a new post waaaay down at the bottom...which I suppose I could do.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.
Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH! Behind door number 2: A magic crown! Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY! They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.
Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.
Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time. I give you much fu. Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky, Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone, Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die, One for the Wizard on his dark throne In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

That definitely has potential. (I'd miss Bunko's commentary, though; I like the conniving old bastard. )

I was sad to see nothing giving mind blank (even if expensive) Is bunko tired of the endless optimal armor/shield/weapon (the items themselves, not their enhancements) suggestions?

There's a Hathran Mask that's reasonably affordable that grants it. There is also a psionic crystal mask, but IIRC that one is quite expensive.

I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle. The book doesn't even exist! Quotes: By yes, she means no.
That explains so much about my life. hiicantcomeupwithacharacterthatisntaghostwhyisthatamijustretardedorsomething
Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea. If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit. See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

We really need a Chesire cat build now, the fey in the article has a listed LA. I saw the URL you gave for the equipment, but what is that from? I would assume it is official.

Wait, when did bhu start writing for WotC?
To be fair, I had wondered how Kestrel got into writing D&D stuff considering the quality and balance of most of it (aka, bad and not very well, respectively). The bottom of that article explains it entirely in who her husband is.

Also, that amulet from the magic items list is pretty spiffy too. Contingent Magic Jar set to whenever the wearer falls below 0 hp? Hells yes. At 67500, it's not exactly a bad deal either.
