Things in this life remind you of things from your last, and these things make you sad.
Prerequisite: None
Effect: From time to time, the character sees something that reminds him of his former lives. At the start of every encounter, there is a 5% chance that he notices something that causes him to recall his past. If this happens, he takes no action for 1 round and thereafter takes a -2 morale penalty on all attacks and skills until the encounter is resolved.
Benefit: Bonus Feat Of course his "former life" in his case would be his life before he was mindwiped.  This one would be pretty awesome, too, although technically he doesn't meet the prereq (though RAI he does  ). Command Word
You have a command word that controls you, everyone who knows the command word have control over your actions.
Prerequisite: Living Construct or Construct
Effect: When someone speak your command word he can direct order to you. Treat this as a Suggestion spell (8th level caster).
Benefit: A Bonus Feat It's not like you could claim that these don't have serious drawbacks, either.  I actually played a warforged with a Command word once, but it was just for RPing effect. He didn't get a bonus feat or anything. The way we did it then was that you could take control of him with the command word, which caused him to recognize you as his master from then on, and follow any commands you gave. You could also say a certain word that would cause him to "shut down" for emergencies, and it was also possible to reprogram the command word via a series of other words, in case someone learned it that shouldn't. Dazing Blow (Ex): The force of a war troll's blow can be overwhelming. If a war troll hits with a weapon or claw attack, the opponent must make a DC 25 Fortitude save or be dazed for 1 round. The save DC is Constitution-based. Other possible forms: War troll (with Overchannel), Will-o-wisp (for scouting, since it has "natural" invisibility) Thrall and Believers moved to separate threadEddie's past"Eddie" was originally the thrall of a powerful thrallherd (level 18+) himself. As an experiment, this thrallherd Mind Seeded Eddie, then erased his memories via the psionic equivalent of the Mind Rape spell (BoVD), and reprogrammed him to function as the intelligence of a powerful ship he was building. He then killed Eddie, had him reanimated as a Bone Creature (by a Thrall who was a necromancer specialist) and Haunt Shifted into the ship. Eddie now basically has no memory of his previous existence. Lemmy then won Eddie in a poker game... As part of his "reprogramming", the Thrallherd used Psychic Chirurgery to grant Eddie the Psionic Revivify power, as he thought that would be a useful power for his ship to have. The XP was split evenly between all ten participants of a Metaconcert, so Eddie only paid 500 XP himself (included in his XP total above). (I also included "paying" the Telepath 4030 gp for his services (as per the rules on buying spells), to be fair and not get something for free for building my character.  ) The Mind Seed made Eddie a Thrallherd himself, which his Master capitalized on by programmed Eddie to use his Thralls and Believers in the best ways possible to benefit the ship and its owner(s). He also built in a Command Word, which can be used to force Eddie to act against his will, just in case he somehow overcame his reprogramming and/or regained his memories somehow. This includes a separate phrase to reset the Command Word also, in case it is compromised by an enemy. Both of these are known by Lemmy (whom I take it is the main "owner" of the ship). Eddie also has flashbacks from his previous life sometimes, which can temporarily inhibit his performance (see Flaws). For example, I can dominate the ship's elemental for 10 days (4 to affect it, and +4 to boost the duration to 1 day/level). If used from a Metaconcert, the DC would be 36...
