Cuddlez stays in the entryway, guarding it with his bow out. See anything in there?

"Hmm...nothing. You are a scout, are you not? Perhaps your detective skills would be better than mine." Alex said.

He came back to the entrance and swapped places with Cuddlez, blocking the doorway so the Gnome was still trapped while Cuddlez was free to search.

Sixth, I checked Cuddlez' sheet and you have Masterwork tools purchased that you're not receiving the bonuses for.

It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

Thanks. I'll change that.

Alright... Cuddlez grumbles. He goes in and checks the first floor. If he doesn't find anything, he moves on to the second floor, to meet up with Chen.

Taking ten results in a 19 in search.

Nothing new on the first floor, nothing visible on the second.

Chen opens the nearest door, peering inside for something to loot, or alternatively, beat up.

"Just what do you think the moon up in the sky is? Everyone sees that big, round shiny thing and thinks there must be something round up there, right? That's just silly. The truth is much more awesome than that. You can almost never see the real Moon, and its appearance is death to humans. You can only see the Moon when it's reflected in things. And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~"

The group continues looking until the entire place is searched or something tries to kill us.

I think generic spot, listen and search checks are appropriate and whenever Wordslinger gets back he can make sense of the mess. Wink

Alex guards the door vigilantly. Spot, Listen (1d20+2=18, 1d20+2=8)
