Put me down for pie, also Boston cream pie is a pie not a cake. If any one disagrees go down to Allston Village find out for your self!
There is a bar in Allston Village that serves Boston Cream Pies, and PBR on tap, its the greatest place in the world!

You'll never win. I'm a cake supremecist and you'll always be the minority.

I'm pro-cake.  Seems to be a little easier to eat.

Cake.  Cause I discovered Tiramisu cupcakes, and nothing pie based could ever come so close to divinity.

Also cupcakes in and of themselves are pretty darn awesome.

It looks utterly disgusting, to be quite honest, an abomination against all that is cake or pie (which wasn't much in the case of pie). I deem cakepie inferior to either of the aforementioned baked goods. [Nox used Judgment. It's super-effective! Cakepie lost 9001% of its health. Cakepie fainted.]

I give you that, it was an unappitesing flavor but it exists.  Now, there were some delicious looking cakepies I found, but non with screenshots of clearly cakey and pie like insides (not in the same shot anyway).

I need some lemon pie with vanilla cake, mm mmm.

To quite the prophet Stewie, that "cakepie" looks like a culinary abortion.

Err, pie, duh.  What self respecting orc would die in the defense of a cake?

Also, blueberry pie is the bestest.

i used to be a cake man. However, now I do not eat sugar and sugar-free pie is much better than sugar free cake.

Since any self-respecting cheesecake is baked and has a crust and a filling, I'm in the pie camp. I'm tempted by the underdog/anarchist movement that is cakepie, but I have to go with pie.

My mother's (actually, the recipe is my grandmother's or perhaps older still) cheesecake uses (nor needs) no filling nor crust (though I do admit I love the texture of crust on those cheesecakes that have it), just gustatory goodness. It's absolutely delicious (to the point that people in the neighborhood actually ask her if she can make it for various events they attend or organize).

The mixing of Cake and Pie is an affront to God.

While I can accept the existence of Cake, I would not want my precious Pie to be mixing with Cake.

Separate but Equal.
