Indeed. I somehow figured it was common knowledge already. The problem was I figured that out with a light side character, so my force points did not recover in the temple apart from the +2 points every round I got from items. Needless to say, I was not overly excited about staying there and killing two monsters a minute just to get 450xp a piece.

I had better luck just sabering them to death, but that was because my light side characters tend to be melee focused and dark siders are Force users. Most of the really nice offensive powers are dark side anyway, so the discount on the force points helps. I came back as a Sith in a later game and filled the whole room before killing them all with lightning. Eh, it's really not that important, I guess--the game was somewhat easier than the first KOTOR, I thought.

Although for a Consular the Force point cost reductions don't really matter. Korriban was always my last planet and at that point (and already well before that) one never runs out of Force points even with the Force potency form at use.

This, actually, is ME about 30 years ago after those pesky resistance fighters shot up my face. The skin has since grown back though. Except, I'm not nearly as cute anymore.  |
