X-Codes, do you have an opinion on whether I should take the abyssal heritor feats or something else altogether?
And Strat, I'll get a character worked up tomorrow, will help base my history around X-Codes'.

For some reason I can't recall what the Abyssal Heritor feats do. That was something from Elder Evils, wasn't it?
Regardless, how's this for a background so far:
Regema and [brother] are the children of a nobleman that ruled over a small territory on the fringes of Marleath. Regema was born first to a human mother that was one of [father]'s concubines, who has since been made into a zombie, and then his half-brother [brother] was born to a travelling half-fiend that bewitched the father. The plan of [brother's mother] was to position a son as an heir to a noble and then slay him, making her the de-facto ruler of his manor until her son came of age (and still very influential afterwards). That plan failed, however, when the power of [brother]'s demonic blood shattered his sanity and he was found unfit to rule by the local clergy. As a result, [brother's mother] settled for looting the coffers of the manor and moving on to the next noble house. After learning that [father] was broke, the clergy revolted, killing the father and ousting the sons. Years later, the sons have expanded their knowledge of ritual magic and are now seeking a chance to re-assert themselves as influential powers in Marleath and the world.

From Fiendish Codex I. There are two I'm looking at. Cloak of the Obyrith which gives Dr x/lawful where x is the number of abyssal heritor feats I have, and Primordial Scion, which makes all of my weapons overcome dr as if it was chaotic and I do +xd6 damage vs. lawful targets where x is the number of abyssal heritor feats I have divided by two. Not really sure what else to do with my feats even if I do take those two.
History looks good so far. I'll have to figure out just what kind of crazy I am. And what you've got would explain the Abyssal Heritor feats.

I heard you were a tiefling, so some demon has to come from somehwere, and I'm human so I have to be demon-free.

I'm not a tiefling, I'm a human. If there's a tiefling it's in another group. The abyssal heritor feats mean that somewhere way back in the bloodline there was demonic ancestry.

Strat, do I pick one Ritual of Combat every time I get it as a class ability?
Edit: And are we still getting some sort of bonus depending on which realm we're from?

Gah, I've run into a problem! I'll have to push Ceremonial Butcher back two levels so I can have the required ranks in intimidate since Ritual Warriors don't have it as a class skill.

Oh, and X-Codes, you've still got money left. I looked over your sheet and you didn't spend all of what you have but you didn't write down the extra.

I believe you do have to pick, but I'm at a different place than where I have the books currently. I'll have a firm reply on monday.

I am aware of that, I've only spent some 500 gold. Work and class has been hell recently, so I've haven't been investing as much time in my character. I should be able to finish it tonight.

Ok, my background is done. Now, my nose thinks for some reason that I'm a Slime Lord, so I'm going to take a little time to take care of that now.
