Well, the legality or such not is irrelevant. I got fired today for not knowing where the refridgerator was.
I put my lunch in the personal lockers because I was unaware that there was a break room with a refridgerator. Roaches were found today. I was blamed for it. This is only the second day I've brought lunch, and my third day of work.
All of my food in my lunchbox is individually wrapped and tied and I zip and velcro the bag up. The roaches weren't even anywhere near my locker.
I am so fucking pissed off right now. It's an 80 minute commute in rush hour, I have to wake up at 4:30 in the morning to take my run and then go. I get there a half hour before anyone else, I left 20 minutes after all of my coworkers who technically skip the clock. I didn't end a goddamn sentence without the words "please, thank you, ma'am" or "sorry." And I get fired for this shit after three fucking days. The first job I get all fucking summer.
