What, only 3 weeks? Three weeks can stretch pretty long when you're under more stress (working as many hours as possible with a bunch of HS kids that throw bitchfits all the time) than normal and have fewer outlets (no on campus gym, no more friends that I want to hang out with in this town, etc) than normal.

The last time I was getting any, I wasn't getting it every month, let alone within 3 weeks of each other.
As of right now, it'll be 2 years and 8 months, with no end in sight.

The disadvantages of not being a college student? Not gloating or anything, I just happen to enjoy college.

I've been thinking of starting this thread for a while now, since the venting thread gets so much attention (and in no small part because this helps offset the negativity of the boards, something Meg would no doubt appreciate).
This thread is for those moments where you're feeling awesome for some reason. It could be anything - a new game, a great movie you watched, finding out you're going to be a mommy/daddy, on an exercise high, or just returning from an awesome session.
I'll go first!
I finished Eternal Sonata a few days ago. While the whole game had a very bittersweet feel to it (it is outright stated, in the very beginning, that two of your party members have terminal illnesses, to begin with), it was nonetheless one of the best games I've played to date. If half the JRPGs for the Playstation 3 turn out to be this good, Sony is in for a great run.
And yes, I realize the irony of posting this topic in the BLYHT board, but this is where it belongs.

This could be the Ebullient Thread, or is the difference supposed to be that this is in the BLYHT board while the other is in the Off Topic Fun? _____ As for being on topic: we're getting central air next week, which will be nice. Although, I do have to go through a couple of 90 degree days before then.

My balancing 3.5 compendiumElemental mage test gameQuotesIt is a shame stupidity isn't painful. Totally true. Historians believe that most past civilizations would have endured for centuries longer if they had successfully determined Batman's alignment. Why are so many posts on the board the equivalent of " Dear Dr. Crotch, I keep punching myself in the crotch, and my groin hurts... what should I do? How can I make my groin stop hurting?" I suggest carving "Don't be a dick" into him with a knife. A dull, rusty knife. A dull, rusty, bent, flaming knife. Fluffy: It's over Steve! I've got the high ground! Steve: You underestimate my power! Fluffy: Don't try it, Steve! Steve: *charges* Fluffy: *three critical strikes* Steve: **** I don't even stat out commoners. Commoner = corpse that just isn't a zombie. Yet. When I think "Old Testament Boots of Peace" I think of a paladin curb-stomping an orc and screaming "Your death brings peace to this land!" Buy a small country. Or Pelor. Both are good investments.

And the horniest, sluttiest woman in the world would probably just tell me that I'm very sweet, then go fuck the next person she saw. As far as women are concerned, I'm not even the same species as them. Nice woman want me to not be sad and evil women want to put me to work for them. I'm basically an articulate dog as far as females are concerned. Granted, I'm the fun, cute dog that you would want to put a bandanna on and take to the park, but in the end I still don't get any.

Ouch. My younger brother's in a similar state at the moment, but you've got like, 10 years on him.
