Had a girlfriend who set tea on fire once. Not the leaves. The tea.
Fucking epic! Shame it wasn't a trend with her.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.
Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH! Behind door number 2: A magic crown! Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY! They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.
Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.
Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time. I give you much fu. Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky, Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone, Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die, One for the Wizard on his dark throne In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

If you can screw up curry, you need a negative modifier.
Yeah, true. On that note, orange curry was a complete success, dammit (was actually expecting it to be okay, but still). Next experiment: cheese curry. I preemptively declare this to be delicious!

My balancing 3.5 compendiumElemental mage test gameQuotesIt is a shame stupidity isn't painful. Totally true. Historians believe that most past civilizations would have endured for centuries longer if they had successfully determined Batman's alignment. Why are so many posts on the board the equivalent of " Dear Dr. Crotch, I keep punching myself in the crotch, and my groin hurts... what should I do? How can I make my groin stop hurting?" I suggest carving "Don't be a dick" into him with a knife. A dull, rusty knife. A dull, rusty, bent, flaming knife. Fluffy: It's over Steve! I've got the high ground! Steve: You underestimate my power! Fluffy: Don't try it, Steve! Steve: *charges* Fluffy: *three critical strikes* Steve: **** I don't even stat out commoners. Commoner = corpse that just isn't a zombie. Yet. When I think "Old Testament Boots of Peace" I think of a paladin curb-stomping an orc and screaming "Your death brings peace to this land!" Buy a small country. Or Pelor. Both are good investments.

Almost a full TPK for the game I'm DMing, only the druid survived. But it's good because the players are learning how to make better characters. Not only that, but they are actually motivated to do so, which is nice.

Applesauce: amazing. (Note: the applesauce was of the pomegranate+blueberry variety, because that didn't cost any extra) Rock Star: Holy jebus, this has no business tasting as good as it does. I may have cheated, though: I also included pineapple.
One last experiment: chocolate and banana curry. If that tastes good, I'm going to declare that there is nothing edible that a curry can't be made of.

We have started a new game of Axis and Allies the Anniversary Edition in '42. I'm the US this time. I have made many mistakes, as this is only my second time playing. My companions have made some mistakes (russia lost its capitol in the opening turn, britain has lost everything except britain and norway). They kept pushing me to invade Japan, and against all reason I did. I beat the odds rolling dice and zapped it. I made a few more mistakes in my build, and I thought it would take longer for Japans remaining fleet to arrive than it did. They attempted to retake Japan. It came down to me having 3 bombers and a fighter on defense against 2 fighters, one trooper, and an artillery unit (plus theres a battleship parked off the coast). I needed to roll three 1's, and a 4 or less to beat him. He had 2 rolls of 2 or less, and 2 rolls of 4 or less.

Given the current response on the above two, I'd hazard a bet that yes, if it's edible, it can be curried. Chocolate might lose some of the chocolately fragrance(plus I hadn't had enough choc to test this), but nothing should clash. EDIT:Also, a friend confirmed that it'd taste awesome. Choc makes it smooth and bananas are like alternative, sweeter potatoes.
