I'd agree with the monocle, I'm not sure about the bag of holding. Are we going to need to/want to carry lots of loot?

4e Dungeons and Dragons never existed. Just like how there's been only one Highlander movie.

As to traveling with a snow leopard...yeah. We need to work out why the kind of characters we're playing are teamed up. Having cool concepts that wouldn't want anything to do with each other (or even if they'd tolerate each other, would still go in different directions) doesn't make sense. It's not just the snow leopard.

I can tweak the character I'm playing, either alignment or otherwise, I've no unshakable commitment to him as written. I'd rather not, however. And I'm not fond of playing (can put up with just fine, but my personality is hardwired Lawful and doing justice to CG doesn't work with that) CG characters.

Highlander was a documentary filmed in real time. (cookie for the reference)

As dread witch has no alignment requirements (thank god) im going LN, so I think I would fit in well with any direction the party goes in.
As for why Im in the party, I would imagine it has something to do with my searching for knowledge, coupled with the daring events parties like ours have and inevitably will be involved in. Part of my backstory indicates she almost subconciously gravitates towards risky situaions, and perhaps she felt that this group of individuals provided the most likely way to encounter said situations.
At leasts thats my rationale

Oh, how long do you think we have been together/ have we been together at all before this?

Hmm maybe we found the snow leopard with a thorn stuck in her paw, and for our help extracting it, we were granted companionship for a year and a day.

I'm a druid. I've studied nature and have healing powers... And I need help with a THORN?  :rolleyes

I would guess over a year the minimum, my guesstimate being more like five years. Anything over ten would be straining things (even if finding reasons to wind up together, our group would be people who happened to meet, rather than old friends, by the nature of how mixed things are.)

Change: New name for my PC, now an elf.

Either way, a very serious (though not humorlessly so) noble.

BobismyRhino: It was a "special" thorn. You know, the kind the DM insists it was because "Oh, I just ignore it. I'm a PC." responses suck.

OK, well my previous backstory stands: I'm the victim of a shadow walk gone horribly wrong, and landed on a Prime Material that wasn't Faerun.  I adventure with you guys because you found me and helped me readjust to things in this brave new world.  My primary adventuring motivation is to find a way to return to my native plane.

My current idea is to have been adopted by a gang of bandits, before leaving to seek my own fortune in the world. Details are still being worked out.

I'd say 450 gp at the moment. No idea how much the monocle or loot sack of infinite capacity, I mean portable hole, is.

Do we have any transportation, or "technically, only one person can use it, but we'd all like to make sure they have it" things?

I have a bit of spare gold from what I need to do what my character does, so I'm willing to pitch in for that if anyone has something that would make sense there.

Well, unless we hit epic looting, I think we can just drag the stuff around. Lets save on the not strictly necessary stuff I think.

Ja. Then we need to weigh if there's any Expensive-but-useful items that one person wants and the rest of us don't mind helping them pay for.

So, current count is:
1 Healing Trap(magical, not cross dressing variety of trap) 250gp
1 Artificer's Monocle 1,500gp
1 Everfull Mug(Yay beer!) 200gp
1 Field Provisions Box 2,000gp
3,950gp/5 people= 790gp each,

Hefty but affordable, I could drop my Mind Cloaking Crystal for this and share the mug if we're agreed on what is needed. That'd be still short about 90 gp, but not sure if downgrading thieves tools to non-masterwork is alright.

Spell wise, anyone packed Ebon Eyes? Very nice spell in dark places when sneaky is important.

Oh and since Galadedhel is already packing a HHH, I think we're good for extra dimensional storage for now, stuff the bulky stuff in his pack and I'll drag the rest.

If I can find a way to do it without compromising something (will update to note if so), I'll cover your 90 gp. I don't have much I'm diehard commited to of my own items, after all.

Update:
Alright, had to drop the boots and crystal, but can do.

The good news Elennsar is that I had 1k set aside in my gold for party stuff, so I can cover a couple extra gps worth. While I intend to spend up large in the near future, a couple hundred gp aint really gonna make a hell of a difference.
Oh and is ebon eyes on the wizard spell list? I used it as a Sacred Fist but didnt check if it was cleric only or not, and since my Spell compendium has gone balls up for the moment, I cant check.

Well, since I don't have any spare gold worth noting, I'd have to remove the boots and crystal anyway. Though if you want to contribute to a "buy Elennsar boots" (600 gp) fund, I wouldn't object. : )

Well, they'd be quite useful, so I'd appreciate it. I only need 480 to get the boots (I have 120 if paying for part of Veekie's share, 210 if not)

And of course. What are teammates for? Now, your donkey is your business, still. I take NO responsibility for that ass.

I've added ebon eyes in exchange for shield, and the moneys have been transferred to your account. Please find a total of 600 gp that has been provided from Vas Inc, and we hope you have a pleasant day.
Maybe the adventure will be too hard on my poor ass, time to kiss it goodbye and let it roam free...
