Full tables make it easier to make characters, especially for the more changed classes (monk, paladin, etc.)
Alright. On my next pass I'll bump the tables I have to full size, and hopefully will have the time to add the rest. And +1 SDK.

Fighter, Hexblade, Druid, Ranger, Rogue, Wizard, Sorceror,Bard, and Monk all have full tables. Barbarian and Paladin are waiting for me to hammer out what I do to do with the stuff we talked about with them.

Flavor added, and some balancing done. The problematic spellrage was switched to a higher spot (lowering the total number of metamagics able to be applied) and given a cap on the total adjustment allowed with the spell.

Fluff fleshed out a bit more.
This seems to be the least contentious (reviewed) of all the PrCs I've done here. I'm considering it finalized unless someone points out a previously unseen issue.

Fluff fleshed out.
I'm thinking that some form of communication should be worked in, but I'm worried about the crowdedness of levels.
With the relatively minor benefits of most of the abilities, should I just add in communication, or should I move it to 4 levels, adding in communication and another level of psi progression?

Wolf Binder and Warmage racial sub levels done.
Rat Rogue sub levels done.
Ebbing Aura Paladin feat, Poison Strike Rogue feat, and Extended Aura general feat added.
Ribbon Dance spell added, and several magic items and mundane (but exotic) weapons added.
