I'm leaving town for a week for a funeral, and given the way this game is going I'll just bow out.

I think the main issue is that no one seems to be posting. We're all waiting for someone else to instigate action, and of course the gameplay is extremely open-ended so there's no prodding from the DM. Plus, people are contending with having lives outside the internet. :O

I'm sorry to hear you've got to leave for a funeral, and sad to hear you won't be rejoining us.

Of course, this also means we've got no more source of healing. This will be... interesting.

Well, I've been pretty busy with finals and figuring out stuff for college next year. But it seems very little has happened anyways.  With Strat leaving for the half of the summer, is this game pretty much dead?  Or is anyone willing to step in as DM?  I could, but I'm inexperienced when it comes to DMing, so I don't know how it'd turn out.

Edit: Also, I'm leaving to go on a canoeing trip in Maine.  This will be from June 19th until July 5th, just in case that matters at all, depending on whether this game continues.

I'm still interested, but everyone's getting spread thin out-of-game. Though, I'm not entirely sure what's going on in the game right now anyway. I get the feeling that there is doom and gloom ahead, to contrast all the awesomeness we're finding. Maybe it's all an illusion? I don't know. The direction of the game has certainly changed.
