Since the "Richard Mercury Strike Force" won't make much sense for this campaign, (and my character is less of an ass,) we need a good name. It's kind of an In-Character thing, but since we know each other going into this, I figure it's something we can establish ahead of time.
To put a suggestion out there: "The Silver Pieces" (We work cheap)

Group name -- "Chasers"? Since we're all looking for something?
On a related note, later on we need to purchase an inn, create a pub on the lower level (naturally) and call the entire setup: "The Stormy Moon". The sign outside can be the top half of a full moon, a storm cloud covering the bottom half, with a lightning bolt coming down.

Hah, completely unintentional, but maybe we should sell ice cream, too? It can be "the thing" we have, or something.  Here are a few more team name ideas: "Requiem" "Prophecy" or "Prophetic" Combine the above for "Requiem of a Prophecy" or something like that? Sounds like we're peddling horoscopes with that, though. "Adventurers of the Mysterious" - If we're adventuring, it's mysterious >.> What's the point of adventuring when you know what'll happen? "Apostles of Forever" "League of {}" Where {} can be anything really... "Crusaders of {}" As with above... seems a bit more extremist, though, so it depends on what follows "P.A.E.P.U. - People's Army for Evil Punishment of Undead" (something we can all get behind, methinks - yes, this is from a random organization generator >.> Some really funny ones there: http://www.drigon.com/~ta/organization.htm ) "W.P.N.R.L. - Worldwide People for Nicer Removal of Life" (not a particularly serious suggestion, just another silly one from the above generator, hah) I'll post more if I can think of any others. Edit: "The Watch" - going for the protector image, not so much the stalker/voyeur one. |

I like "The Watch," and "Apostles of Forever" has a nice ring to it, if a little bit pompous. (But then, we're the PC's... it's our job to be better than everyone else.)
