A282: No. They are capped at 3 HD except the Iron Defender who is capped at 6 HD. See advancement entries.

A282: Actually, yes. From the SRD: The monster entry usually describes only the most commonly encountered version of a creature. The advancement line shows how tough a creature can get, in terms of extra Hit Dice. (This is not an absolute limit, but exceptions are extremely rare.) Often, intelligent creatures advance by gaining a level in a character class instead of just gaining a new Hit Die. (See Improving Monsters.)

Exceptions are extremely rare = No, barring DM fiat. Which is the same as any other rule.

Q283: Is there a way to give Magic Immune creature flight through Magic? I'm planning on artificer with a Greater Stone Golem toy, but the Golem, however impressive it is physically, doesn't fly and at level 12, things that don't fly are pretty worthless outdoors.

Achivist, yes, Cleric, not really. I think there was some alternate weather domain from some old issue of Dragon, but that's just a half-remembered thing brought up in reference to the Hexer PrC back in 3.0 days. The weather domain in D&Dg does not grant lightning bolt.

Q275: Does using empower spell on the spell Hunter's Eye in PHBII increase the sneak attack damage?
A275no .... the spell is not doing the damage, but allowing you to do additional damage Q283: Is there a way to give Magic Immune creature flight through Magic? I'm planning on artificer with a Greater Stone Golem toy, but the Golem, however impressive it is physically, doesn't fly and at level 12, things that don't fly are pretty worthless outdoors.
A283i would say you could simply add the Flight ability when you create it.... notice the section : " ConstructionA clay golem’s body must be sculpted from a single block of clay weighing at least 1,000 pounds, treated with rare oils and powders worth 1,500 gp. Creating the body requires a DC 15 Craft (sculpting) check or a DC 15 Craft (pottery) check. CL 11th; Craft Construct, animate objects, commune, resurrection, caster must be at least 11th level; Price 40,000 gp; Cost 21,500 gp + 1,540 XP." just include the spell Fly to give it a fly speed when you craft it(Fly 40(Good) since it weighs 600lbs... it would be considered a Heavy load)...... there is nothing that locks you into creating it exactly as the MM show... that is only an Example, not the only way it can ever be Made Q284: Is there any way for a cleric to get Lightning Bolt on his spell list, either through domains or feats or some other method? A284supplemental also: Air give Chain lightning @ 6th lvl Celestial gives Heavenly Lightning Weather gives Call Lightning and Call lightning Storm Spell gives greater Anyspell, which allows you to prepare and then Cast lightning bolt Shadow gives Shadow Evocation and Greater Shadow Evocation... then you can cast a Shadow lightning bolt

Q285: The destiny domain in Races of Destiny has Delay Death at 3rd level. This spell also is first printed in that book at 3rd level. However, the spell compendium updated the spell to a 4th level and made it an immediate action. I have heard that using the latest version of the spell is generally better. If i use the latest version however, the domain becomes significantly more powerful than it was originally intended to be. What is the "right" way of handing this? If there is no right way, what would the recommended way be?

Maybe check Crystalkeep? That's the only help I can offer.
That said, archivist will be much easier to achieve the goal of the Hexer PrC. I've always thought that the Bhuka (goblinoid from Sandstorm) would be a great archivist/hexer. The Alexandrian Librarian of DoomTM. Don't you dare make a ruccus in his quiet study zone; he'll give you the evil eye!
Q287a: I'm guessing no, but is there a good version of the Corrupt Arcana feat from Heroes of Horror? It allows a Sorcerer or Bard to prepare Corrupt spells from a spellbook without needing to know them as spells known. Just curious if there is a similar feat for Sanctified spells.
Q287b: Would it a reasonably optimized sorcerer character if one made an effort to gain and use Corrupt spells in this manner? Access to Lesser Restoration or Body/Soul Ward (Comp Champ) would be a boon to this kind of character, obviously.

Q 274: Are there any feats or abilities that allow a character to Hustle for longer than one hour without becoming fatigued? Endurance only deals with marching longer than 8 hours a day. So far as I can tell there is nothing that allows you to move faster than a standard march for anything longer than one hour.
Q288:In reference to the above question, which regarded Aiel in the WoT RPG, would it be unbalanced to make a feat that allowed one to check for continued hustling via the same mechanic used for marching longer than 8 hours? Basically, just take the forced march rules (Con check per hour after 8 hours marching or take subdual damage and become fatigued) and apply it to hustle (Con check per hour after 1 hour hustling). Endurance would add to both checks. Overpowered?

A 283 (Disclaimer: not sure at all if it works.) A spellcaster automatically bypasses her own SR when she casts on herself. Perhaps magic items can be construed to follow that rule ? Or to be Supernatural in nature ? Then Wings of Flying or similar items would work.
A 285 Balance is inherently dependant on your campaign... If you want an opinion: IMO it's fine to use the new version as the level 4 domain spell. Bestow Curse goes to its normal level (3). BC and Greater BC are flavorful but not that powerful. OoP, Delay Death, MoP and Choose Destiny are all very good: it will be a good domain.
A 287a I don't think there is either. It's one of the perks offered by the Exalted Arcanist PrC.
A 287b I seem to recall there aren't that many Corrupt spells and they're not that good*. A fairly good way to do it would be to go Binder/Sorcerer/Anima Mage and bind Naberius for the Fast Ability Healing. * But some of them have awesome flavor (Absorb Mind, Consume Likeness from BoVD).
A 288 In most campaigns it would be underpowered (Endurance already is after all). If overland movement is central to yours perhaps it could be too good.

Q289: If my Duskblade get the weapon enchantment "Bloodstone" (p.29 MiC) on his weapon can he have Vampiric Touch stored in the weapon and another spell channeled through it? Or can he at all channel other spells than Vampiric Touch through the weapon since it says in the "Bloodstone" description that "It cannot store a spell other than Vampiric Touch." What I'm generally wondering is if channeling is the same as storing? (looking for a loophole here )

A289: Channeling a spell and storing a spell are two different things. So you can have Vampiric Touch stored in your weapon and then discharge it on an attack and you can also channel a spell for that same attack. In other words, you can have your cake and eat it.

It's important to note that a channeled Vampiric Touch will not be empowered.

Any spell that gives undead type allows the recipient to exert himself as long as he wants without ill effects, although usually the duration will be too short. Actually becoming undead is of course an option .
