Q 596: Where is the "Insectile" or somesuch template? I've heard that it grants 6 arms and natural armor, but I don't know where to find it. I suspect it's 3.0.

Q 597: I note that it says in the Insectile creature template "Despite having 6 arms the creature gains no additional attacks. Is this meant to be exclusively applied to natural attacks, or can the creature not use multiple weapons? Can it take Multiweapon Fighting?

A597: The arms are nonfunctional in game terms. If they weren't, it surely would have had a much larger level adjustment. Technically you could take Multiweapon Fighting, IIRC, but they wouldn't be able to use weapons.
Edit: Fixed number. Thanks, my bad.

Q594 What deity offers the Planning and Travel domains? (I've found none so far.)
Q595 Where can I find this 'Zhentarim Fighter?'
A 594Aside from worshipping an ideal, the Elder Evil Sertrous can be worshipped as a god and grants any domain as if the cleric were worshipping an ideal. Also, you'd get free feats. Does require you to be CN, NE, or CE, though. A 595In the Champions of Valor Web enhancement, found here. EDIT: Fuck me and my inability to see the last page.

Q598 If intelligent undead are immune to mind-affecting effects because they're made of negative energy and most living creatures are made of positive energy, why do deathless, creatures run by positive energy, also immune?
Q599 Why do creatures smaller than Medium get an accuracy bonus based on their size?

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future. Speaking of which: Don't even need TO for this. Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu]. Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

A 598Undead 't get immunity to mind-affecting effects because they're effectively dead. It's hard to scare something that's already dead. Deathless are immune to them for the same reason, not because of any affiliation with positive or negative energy. A 599Because a small weapon aimed at a large target is likelier to hit than a big weapon aimed at a small target.

Q599: 1. I'm looking for some nonlethal arrows for my 'Vow of Nonviolence' Beguiler. (Preferably cheap ones, starting on level 1)
2. Any suggestions for what melee weapon I should have packed just in case?

A599: 1. I know there are blunt arrows somewhere, they have -1 to AB or damage, something like that, but I just can't remember where. 2. Always take at least a single quarterstaff, they are free. You probably ought to take use of that rapier proficiency too...

1. Thanks. Guess I'll just work something out with the DM 2. Quarterstaff & Rapier.. If I use them to deal nonlethal damage I'll be forced to take -4 on attack. Am I misunderstanding the Nonviolence feat maybe. Can I deal lethal damage to foes that threatens me and my team mates? As I understand it i cant deal lethal damage with either spells, melee and ranged.. ?

Q600: 1) I'm under the effect of a Persistent Draconic Polymorph. 2) I then cast a regular Polymorph on myself. 3) The duration of said Polymorph expires. Would my Persistent Draconic Polymorph still be in effect after the regular Polymorph ends, or does it end as soon as I take on a new form with regular Polymorph? I think that, since Polymorph and Draconic Polymorph are 2 different spells, the Draconic Polymorph should still be in effect. Am I right on this? I figured I'd check just in case

Races of the wild. While you're there, an elvencraft longbow seems wise, if wanting a quarterstaff in hand at the same time.

Check Races of the Wild. I'm pretty sure there are some specific types of arrows in there. Edit: I should finish reading the page first.
