Q587: Where can I find the information for fractional BAB/saves?
Unearthed Arcana. Sadly, it's not in the SRD. JaronK

Q588: Is there a definition for a Celestial? I seem to remember something like "any good aligned outsider" but I don't know where I might have read it.

A588: Could mean this. In fact, it probably does, since typically one refers to Celestial Creatures as Celestial X.

Q 589: If a lycanthrope dies, and is then reincarnated, is he still a lycanthrope in his new form? Or does the process of reincarnation "heal" lycanthropy?
(B) Is the same true of raise dead or resurrection?

MM2 has a short explanation of what a celestial is, as well as celestial traits, but nothing definitive, IIRC. They seem to have done away with it in 3.5.

Yes. Recall that in 3.0 many of the [Good] subtyped outsiders were all lumped together under the heading "Celestial." In 3.5 they broke them apart into Guardinals, Angels, and Archons.

There is a line under raise dead about curing regular diseases. However, given that lycanthropy is a supernatural disease, it's not covered. Ressurrection is slightly more sketchy in that it mentions "restoring the creature to full hit points, health and vigor" (and as such doesn't dot the i's, so to speak), making it a bit of a DM call whether lycanthropy is included or not. Reincarnation is a whole other story, mainly because the target creature's body is not the same (and the spell mentions the body is rid of all physical disease and afflictions). As such, it is effectively rid of lycanthropy (but not necessarily other curses).

So would it then be within the rules for a new reincarnated body to be afflicted with natural lycanthropy?

Q 590: Given the fracturing of psyche that lycanthropes in Eberron experience (as per Keith Baker's dragonshard on lycanthopy), would a lycanthrope reincarnated and thus cured of lycanthropy want to be reinfected? Granted, this probably falls into DM fiat territory, but so be it, the question was asked anyway

Q591: Is there a weapon enhancement that grants BAB equal to 3/4 hit dice? I've heard of it, but I can't seem to find it.

A591: Complete Arcane, page 144, the Skillful weapon enhancement. Be advised, though, it only applies when attacking with that weapon, and not with any other weapon you might happen to be wielding at the same time.

Would this do? http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=1240.0EDIT: The handbook itself is lacking in some points, but the replies provide plenty of useful tips and information.

Q593: Apparently I can't access the D&D errata for some reason. Could someone please tell me if Polymorph grants the Extraordinary Special Qualities of your newly assumed form?

It most certainly helps! Though I was looking for specific advice (such as which spells would be good to nab through Advanced Learning).

It doesn't. It only grants Ex special attacks.

Q595 Where can I find this 'Zhentarim Fighter?'

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future. Speaking of which: Don't even need TO for this. Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu]. Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"
