Welcome to the GM Gameology forum!  There are a few things you should know about this board before you start offering advice..

You may have been to other boards' DM'ing advice boards.  You may have seen some standard responses.  This board is not for them.

The Rules:
1) Do not instruct people to kill PCs
2) Do not tell people to kick them out of the group
3) Do not tell them to shut down min/maxers or power gamers

None of these comments usefully contributes to a thread.

4) The GM is NOT God - The GM is neither omniscient or infallible so don't act like he is.
5) You might be wrong - Posting on this board is now predicated on the assumption that you might be wrong.  And yes “we” might be wrong as well.  Prove it and/or discuss the topic.
6) You may just misunderstand – Seek to understand what the other person is saying.  And don't be too proud to stop fighting when you realize you thought wrongly
7) Indicate what you expect out of the thread you start – Are you looking for advice? are you advancing an idea?  What is the reason for your thread?

I moved the discussion about kicking out a player to its own thread here

Other than that, enjoy!
