Q 9
In the previous case, what is the type of the object/ex-creature/whatever?
(it has Wis and Cha, so it must be a creature, but)
That's a good question. The closest I can find is that it is a construct, though would it's hp be based off the object's hardness and hp or the original mind inside it? I refer to intelligent weapons technically being constructs, without possessing HD or monster stats of any sort besides mental ability scores. Can anyone clarify that?

Q 10 Does concealment in a fog cloud stack with blur, entropic shield, or anything else like that?
Q 11 Is there a device that one could wear to enter a permanent stinking cloud so they aren't affected? Looking for a way for a BBEG to hide in his own cloud while the PCs choke.
Q 12 Are there any devices that allow you to see through a fog cloud so you can still hit with ranged attacks?

A10: No. Only highest miss chance applies. They do not stack. A11: Necklace of AdaptationA12: Something that grants really large Blindsight distance might be your best bet. Or the Seeking weapon property and a really high listen check will work as well.

DM says no to that because the cloud is considered solid, or at least an obstacle. Blindsight won't see through brick walls so it won't get through the cloud either.

A12: Mindsight + 100ft Telepathy (Mindbender 1) would let you locate enemies 100 feet out, without regard for obstacles, and the Seeking property on your weapons would then ignore the miss chance. The Chain of Eyes spell would let you see through someone else's eyes, which would also do the trick. JaronK

Same type as any other intelligent item.

Q 11 Is there a device that one could wear to enter a permanent stinking cloud so they aren't affected? Looking for a way for a BBEG to hide in his own cloud while the PCs choke.
Alternative answer: make the BBEG an undead.

Alternative answer: make the BBEG an undead. Unfortunately too low level so he's still a living humanoid. However, that doesn't mean he won't come back as an undead later.

Q13: A spell is a one-time magical effect. Spells come in two types: arcane (cat by bards, sorcerers, and wizards) and divine (cast by clerics, druids, and experienced paladins and rangers). The fuck is that supposed to mean?

What, you're not familiar with the arcane might of a well optimized nekomancer? If it weren't for all you neckbeards killing off our catgirls with physics, we would have taken over by now.

Q 14 What was the ability, trait or item (I forget which) that allowed you to use rushed Diplomacy without taking a -10 penalty?

Silver Tongue, which you get from binding Naberius (Tome of Magic p.42). Alternatively, you can bind Naberius with Bind Vestige (ToM p.72) plus Practiced Binder (ToM p.74) to get the ability.

Nope. Makes that CR 5 wraith super painful.

Q16: If I play a multiclassed Incarnate/ Totemist, does the Incarnate class feature that expands your soulmelds' capacities at level 3 work for the Totemist's soulmelds too?
Q17: Does the level 3 ability stack with the feat "Expand Soulmeld Capacity"?

A16: IIRC, it specifically says that it only applies to Incarnate soulmelds. I could be wrong on this. A17: It stacks.

I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle. The book doesn't even exist! Quotes: By yes, she means no.
That explains so much about my life. hiicantcomeupwithacharacterthatisntaghostwhyisthatamijustretardedorsomething
Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea. If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit. See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.
