Is there a way to make Staff's rechargeable to where each staff ability can be used once or twice per day? or is that already taken into account as staffs?

If you end up not filling those four levels with construct-based templates have you thought about Warlock levels? It meshes will with the whole 'Android' feel of a character like this and grants some nice at-will abilities.

I suggest taking Alchemist Savant instead of CWA.  Because even though it SAYS you need to be part of House Cannith, there is a ADAPTION where you can substitute the requirements with Skill focus (Alchemy)

Are there any rules for paying money to improve a warforged (Like the HD scaling on golems)?

Going to go ahead and say no because their are PCs, not monsters.

What custom items can you create?  I assumed if Artificers were in, they could make anything custom by the formulas and a bit of GM adjudication.

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

Now that you mention it, I could probably swing some custom items that cost a huge amount of XP (AKA my levels).
