Tork turns to Beorn, <draconic> Yes, my family worshiped copper dragons in the old clan.  My mother taught me the draconic language when I was young in respect for the old ways.  I never met a copper dragon or a real dragon before but my mother told me many stories of the old ones as she referances the copper dragons the clan worshipes.  I will tell them to you sometime, I have many storys of the old ones helping the clan in times of trouble. <draconic>

ooc: I looked on my char sheet to see if I picked all my languages and I have not.  I get common and gnomish for free then I can pick one more and dracomic sounds good since Stonecutter Gnomes worships dragons.  If the DM is ok with it; Tork can only speak common, gnomic and dracomic.  If the DM is not ok with it, I will come back and correct the above in charactor message.

The fluent draconic tongue coming from the dwarf sounds rather queer. Evidently this dwarf has use the draconic language for many years, and is very good with the slang in it.
<Draconic> Peh, worshipping dragons, you kind is funny. As if one could worship oneself. My brother Mizar over there then probably takes the prize as the first dragon you have met. I don't think he is worshipping himself much. As long as you keep yourself to looking in awe at dragons, I think we can use you. I am Mialgru. And at the moment, I'm heading for a bed, I'll see you lot tomorrow as we plan our expedition, I'll leave it up to you whether we'll need this newcomer The last sentence he says as he gets up, clearly bored by the conversation and leaves the Inn.
Outside the Inn he walks a bit, then turns into an Ibis, finds a nice belltower to tuck himself in, and attempts to sleep through the Inn in a place where he has a nice view of the Inn.

@Brone
You hear a light tap at the door.  After the light tap, you hear a feminine voice that you recognize as the wench from downstairs.  "Hey, hun, I'm off for the night, and I wondered if your offer stills stands from earlier."

Seemingly not overly amused Jax leans forward and stands up from his seat, "Well then I'll let you gentlemen finish your discussions in these assorted tongues.  I suggest we meet here in the morning along with those who have not met Tork here so that they too may weigh in."

As if he had always been at the door, Brone opens it, an arm snaking around her waist and a mischievous grin on his face. "But of course, my lady..." Eyes locked, he'll attempt to draw her in.

That is a good idea, sleep.  Its been a long day, for me.  I am going to retire for the night and get a room at this inn.  Have a good night.

Tomorrow, I will come down and go for a walk and let you discuss, if I can join your party.  You will not regret it, if you say yes.  I will save many lives.  After I get back from my morning walk, I will ask for the party's decision.  It was a pleasure, talking to you in my native tongue.

<gnomish> Have a good night.  <gnomish>

Tork bows to Bobbynock then to the group and leaves to get a room.

She smiles, pauses for a second to look over her shoulder and then pushes your chest guiding your toward the bed against the back wall.

@Mandoor
You notice people looking your way, including both of the individuals you saw walking away from the table when you first walked in, but nobody appears to be intently watching the table or attempting to listen in on your conversation, but instead seem interested in the strange cast of characters arranged at a table.

Beorn raises from the table too, bids everyone a good night and heads upstairs to his room.

Jax takes his leave and slips out the door into the night.  As he does so he lets the shadows infold him (1d20+19=36) as he moves to the outskirts of town to find a place to settle down for the night.

Don't go looking for snakes, you might find them.

"Healing abilities are always welcomed!" He says in his by now normal cheerful tone. "You have my vote!" He then works on finishing his ale while listening to the others, letting out a loud burp here and there before finally hopping off the chair, leaving the empty flagon behind.

"Off to bed for me as well! Aye, it was nice to hear gnomish again, Night night!"

And with a smiling wave he heads off to get a room for the night. Moving over to the barkeep to inquire.

The Next Morning

The next morning Jax rises early and starts to head out for a breakfast hunt which is his normal habit.  But, that others might be soon waiting at the Inn causes him to change his mind.  Gathering up his belongings he heads back the short distance to town.  Upon arriving he finds that the proprietor was up even earlier getting the fires stoked and producing a wonderful conglomeration of aromas which soon is to be served to his morning patrons.

Jax settles in and patiently awaits his meal and companions sipping on some water and fresh milk brought by the morning help.

A matter of minutes later, Mikkel enters the tavern, sits by Jax's table, as he says: "well, good morning to you" He leans back as he finds his deck of cards, up for another game? He asks Jax smilingly.

Not much after that, Beorn comes downstairs. Noticing the two, he heads over to their table. Good morning. You mind if I join you?

Mizar wakes up, gears up and lazily makes his way down the stairs and in the main room of the Inn, where he sees some of his companions having a card game. He stretches, his old scales slightly defoming in his motion, then yawns loudly opening his mouth wide, his once sharp teeth showing, for all the tavern to see. He walks then to the table where his brother, Beorn and Jax are sitting and takes a seat himself.

Mornin' guys. Guess I'll watch you play a while then, I'll go for a walk.

Jax gives his morning regards to everyone as they arrive and continues his game with Mikkel, dealing in all who wish to join in passing the time.  Jax had found the game novel and fun.  They had nothing quite like it in his homeland.

Tork comes down a little late to let the party gather.  Walks over to the party.  Tork did not know if the party was going to leave for the Dukes mission first thing in the morning or wait until later so he has his backpack packed and ready to go.

Hello all, Its been a long time since I slept in a bed.  I have been on the road for a long time.  When I arrived in town, I started asking around about a job and that is when a guard took me to the Duke.  The Duke asked me many questions and I answered all of them then he told me where to find the party.  That is why I know you was in this inn.

I will give you a chance to discuss and decide if I can join the party.  I am going to stratch my legs on a walk around the town.

I will be back in around 30 minutes.

Tork then goes up to the bar then returns his room key and buys a piece of jurky before heading out of the inn.

OOC: Sorry, I missed vilenatas "yes", reply to the message I sent him to allow Tork to have already talked to the Duke before he meet the party to save game time.  I seen his reply just after I posted that I went upstairs for the night

After saying goodmorning to his brother and playing a bunch of hands with Beorn and Jax, Mikkel gets down to business and asks: Well, so what'd y'all say about that fellah? The old man shifts uneasily in his seat as he light a pipe that is exactly the same pipe as the dwarf lit the night before.
As he starts the discussion he deals another hand of cards, Dragons Treasure, or Badgers Bounty or whatever the game was called were it was played was truly a remarkable game, it's rules where simple enough to be taught in 5 or 10 minutes with only the rare exception to those rules. Yet, getting two games that were exactly the same was close to impossible, and the game always opened up for new strategies depending on the situation. Mialgru had never cared to learn the game in much detail, but playing with the stranger and Beorn had really opened his eyes to the game, and both old and new tactics seemed to be winning equally as coppers changed back and forth form hand to hand.

Jax mulls over what has been previously discussed and the information the gnome just layed out before his walk.  "If he was hired by the Duke as we were then I see no problem.  I know  him about as well as I know any of you truth be told.  If he has the mark", he pulls out his own, "to prove his contract then I say we respect this Duke's trust in him and work with him ourselves."

OOC: Of course I made the mark up but seemed reasonable and a good way to expedite.
