I was thinking, Kobold Sorcerer with Loredrake, Kobold Ritual shenanigans (to boost caster level), get two scrolls of Polymorph Any Object to turn into a Kobold Vampire permanently, then apply the Spellstitched template to yourself (To make the Vampire template "stick" and be unable to be dispelled), then take Leadership at level 6, and transform all your followers/cohort into your spawn. Is this feasible? How can we improve on the idea? Big Grin

I don't think you can Polymorph Any Object into anything with template... Also, Dragons can't be Vampires, there's a version for them in Draconomicon.

You don't polymorph into anything with a template, just a Vanilla kobold vampire. The Spellstitched Template (MM2) says that if a caster is undead, he can apply the spellstitched template to himself, for 1000gp, plus 1000xp, plus 500xp for every point of wisdom the creature to be spellstitched has. With leadership, your cohort can apply the spellstitched template to you (thus taking the XP hit), afterwards you can dismiss him and gain another cohort with full-xp. Making him a Vampire afterwards.

Vampire is a template.
