Inspiration is Everywhere!

---

Invention, my dear friends, is 93% perspiration, 6% electricity, 4% evaporation, and 2% butterscotch ripple.

Inspiration is Everywhere! (Brilliant Gameologists NPC Contest I)

The contest begins with the posting of this thread and will run through midnight of August 23rd.

Soon after a poll will be opened for everyone to vote for their favorite that will last until midnight of September 13th.

Rules

1)
You will be creating an NPC statblock inspired from some outside source of 6th to 12th ECL using Pathfinder feat progression* and this homebrewed multiclassing system. (Yes I know it's my own just don't have a fit over it.) Both it and the NPC's inspiration must be safe for work. This could be so much as an interpretation of a character or even a new character loosely based off of it. Any WotC product or Paizo product is allowed for this; as are most homebrew works. If you make it Pathfinder, just make sure you mention in the NPC that it uses PF products. A picture of your NPC's inspiration would be welcome too. Also dual progression PrC's are strictly prohibited.

2) Entries must include name, skills, class features, feats, equipment, and fluff, combat related and role playing related. Incomplete entries at the deadline will be disqualified.

3) Entries must be 3.5 or Pathfinder RPG, using the standard format below.

4) Post all entries in this thread. Post all conversation, questions, etc here in the chat thread.

5) Maximum of two entries per participant.

6) Entries must be your own work, and must not be copied for other places. Only new work may submitted; no previously posted work will be accepted. Such entries will be disqualified.

7) No reserving posts. Feel free to tweak your NPC, but the initial post must include the basics.

*In otherwords one feat every odd level instead of every three levels.

That's a real vague secret ingredient, by which you have none so how can we expect judges to go off anything but their own rubric for judging?

*cough*

Here's an idea - what about a sub-board for contests like this? Also, your multiclassing link is broken (don't use quotes in the tags here). And you might want to clarify what "Pathfinder feat progression" is (a feat at every odd level).

The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.

Okay then I've made all the required edits. And the details on Pathfinder feat progression is just below rule number five. So let the game begin!

The link still doesn't work.  Use quote to look at the raw text of my post and copy this.

I think I'm going with Mr. Mascaro, from Blood Dolls.  He's the serious one in clown makeup.  He is a priest of The Divine Spirit.
