Using two spells (Embrace/Shun the Dark Chaos) in Fiendish Codex I, you replace those free feats with others.
There are 9 elder evils in the book, which gives you 45 free feats at level 20!

Abuse racial granted feats, crappy feats granted by magical locations, the already mentioned feats for worshipping elder evils, familiar's alertness, whatever.
