Gestalt 12th level devil flavored character

So I would like some build advice... I want to make a character for my brother. It needs to be a simple, non-casting build. I have 32pt buy, and 12 gestalt levels to work with. i can use one side for templates or levels or what ever..

I was thinking something like..
dark/half fiend/half golem/anthromorphic elephant
lion barb/dungeon crash fighter/frienzied beserker

anyways ya.. some quick build input would be appriciated  

edit: he wanted something kinda sneaky... but "bad ass" and he like the idea of playing a fiendish elephant dude

Check the graft handbook. You can get fiendish grafts. Like wings and gore attack jaws. Do it...

Use the Half-Fiend variants from the online web enhancement instead of the vanilla template

Take Disciple of Dispater 10 somewhere in that build. Among the highlights is tripling your threat range that stacks with improved crit. The rest of the class features are pretty damn awesome too. It is extremely devil flavored, among the best PRC's for a pure melee character and very easy to play for an inexperienced player. Just make a standard Lion totem ubercharger. Use either a Falchion to crit nearly every swing or a scythe for semi regular massive crits. Something like Lion Barb2/Fighter4/Disciple of Dispater 6 should get him started nicely. Get the right weapon crystals and he can crit undead and constructs too.

Also, you don't really need to take the dark template. You can get it with a Collar of Umbral Metamorphasis, 24/7.
