Worg 2 charges Grizz (ending at W 21), but Grizz gets an AoO -> d20 + 4 = 9, and misses, but Grizz gains 8 temp HP.
The worg attacks Grizz -> d20 + 9 = 13, and misses.
(I can't remember if you'd use Stone Power or not, so in this case, I'll assume you take -4, as the temp HP could negate the attack.)

God dammit! Okay. Serias fires off an Ice Patch (W 19 to X 20), and the worg attempts to keep his footing -> d20 + 6 = 24, and he succeeds. He now attempts a Balance check to actually move -> d20 + 2 = 21, and continues past. It looks like everything else went as planned. |

Worg 1 bites at Serias -> d20 + 9 = 17, and misses... baaarely.
(Are you stuck using Stone Power for all attacks for the round once you use it, or can you decide on a per-attack basis? I'm assuming it's per-attack and you're not using it now, since your round is about to come up and you're not being attacked.
I'm hoping you were fine with using Stand Still to protect the squishy caster.)
Worg 3 charges Thorden, ending in Z 25 -> d20 + 9 = 28, and hits for -> 1d6 + 4 = 8 damage, reduced by DR to 6 damage! The worg attempts to trip Thorden -> d20 + 3 = 5, and Thorden opposes -> d20 + 11 = 16, and he remains standing.

That's fine, that's what it's there for.  Also keep in mind my Iron Guard's Glare stance, which gives enemies I threaten -4 to hit my allies. Grizz smacks Worg 1 with his gauntlet, hoping to give Serias a chance to get away. Tactical Strike vs. Worg 1: 1d20(17)+8=25 damage: 1d4(2,1)+2d6(3,1)+3=10 damage, and all allies adjacent to the target can take a 5-ft step without provoking AoO's. |
