Kel manages to slice into the stations central computer quite proficiently. Accessing the security mainframe and temporarily messing up communications and the surveillance feeds. You are sure they will only be down temporarily once the BSF brings in their own technical support to correct the issues. You have bought the group valuable time. You also temporarily have made it easier access to the central computer to monitor things. As the group passes through several doors and uses turbo lifts to make their escape, Silten attempts to disable each. But makes quite a bit of noise doing it telling those in the area you are near. Doh. IC is down at the moment will put in his rolls for Mechanics and Stealth when it's back up. Mechanics Check = 25; Stealth Check = 12.Add 2 to all Stealth checks for this round with Silten making it harder for them to pursue you.

Corran tries to keep an eye out but as he is helping the group move along he blunders right into the sight of a Stormtrooper patrol. Seela misleads your pursuers on a few occasions during your egress. Only she is right behind Corran when the patrol spots him. Quick thinking allows her to create another diversion to misdirect the oncoming patrol into thinking you all went down a different side hall. Maya does her best to keep up and keep quiet, and accepts any help readily. And IC just went down again. Stealth Check = 26 whoo and I thought she was going to do horrible even with the bonuses to help.

Escape the PromenadeFirst 10 MinutesAs you step off the turbolift, you can hear the sounds of another squad of stormtroopers nearing the area. You must hurry to make your escape complete. As the turbolift doors close behind them, Kel sheathes his pistol, and grabs his repeating blaster again. He looks worriedly at the wounded woman, "Can she make it until we find a ship out of here?" "She should, be we need to be quick. If I can tend to some of her worst injuries, she should be able to pull through. She'll probably need all of our help depending on how stealthy we need to be." Rald, determined the human won't die while under his protection, decides to keep his eyes peeled and his ears alert as the party moves along. As the turbolifts near their stop, he shifts Maya to a more comfortable position, one that will help him keep his balance and move more quietly. "Wait a minute, I've got an idea.." Kel asks his comrades as he kneels next to a maintenance computer console and starts hitting the keyboard "..that should give the bucketheads a few headaches. No more wireless or cam droids for them, at least for a while. Now let's hurry."Jerran looks to the Force to provide guidance for the group. Several times the he feels the force tug in a particular direction narrowly avoiding patrols. You feel their net still has plenty of holes you might slip through. Still as you stay on the run you hear shouts never far away and booted footsteps pounding from either behind or in front of you more often than not. Amon's good eyes and eyes manage to pick out two nearby patrols searching this particular level. As the group passes through several doors and uses turbo lifts to make their escape, Silten attempts to disable each. But makes quite a bit of noise doing it telling those in the area you are near. For all your successes in evading pursuit, you still feel their net closing in around you. You have had a few close calls, and they don't have you yet. You'll need to keep thinking of something to help keep them off the scent.

Rald, hoping to evade a large patrol up ahead, slips some credits to a homeless sentient near a back alley in exchange for some possible routes that the Empire's troopers don't usually patrol, even when searching for people. Gather Info, Stealth 1d20+8=27, 1d20+1=8. Huh, shame about that stealth check. I imagine I probably just bounced Maya's head off a durasteel corner ducking out of sight.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.
Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH! Behind door number 2: A magic crown! Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY! They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.
Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.
Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Kel pauses for a quick second next to a computer console to check on the enemy movements. He then points toward a side passage. This way seems to be safe for now.

A decrepit human with his legs missing at the knee and fairly scarred by burns in the face sits in a repulsor chair down one of the side passages you take. It sparks here and there as you approach, and seems like it could fail at any time. Rald, you approach him and ask him your questions handing him some credits. He responds in a very familar voice you all have heard quite a few times over the past several years, "Yeah, go down that way and you'll pass a shop full of clankers. In the back there'll be connecting passage that should help you get ahead of them."Kel you re-enter the central computer and notice their technical crew is already at work trying to break down your previous work. You still manage to enter the security mainframe again and are able to locate all BSF and Stormtrooper squads looking for you. This allows you to find a safe path.

Yes, I would, actually. Also, Int: 1d20+3=4. Herp Derp what's a blaster pistol? Ugh. I guess it is safe to say I'm entirely too preocupied with Maya's failing health to pay much attention to anything else going on around me.

Jerran attempts to verify the integrity of the human's statements to avoid walking into a trap. After all, he might take the group's money and hope to gain a reward for turning them in to the authorities.

the most effective optimization is the one you can actually get away with. The ability to effectively metagame without actually metagaming beats the ability to set things on fire more times than not.

AmonJerranThe disabled human's direction appears to prove sound as the droid shop does indeed appear to have a rear egress the group can duck through. Silten does not recognize anything out of the ordinary about this decrepit human other than his chair is in a bad state of repair. While continuing on the move he ineffectively tampers with more doors but ends up shorting several in a row so they stay open. Seela immediately recognizes the familiar sound of the voice from her few years as a war correspondent. Seeing his decrepit state brings a tear to her eye and she leans forward, presses a few more credits into his hand and whispers something unheard into his ear. After you move on she helps the party blend in with a larger crowd to avoid notice. Maya continues to move with assistance and accepts help where she can. Staying as quiet as possible.

Corran follows the group. The throbbing pain of his blaster wound makes it hard for him to focus on anything apart from staying quiet and keep moving.

Slipping down corridors fleeing the troopers, Rald stops to ask a delivery man if he could have his Heavy Lifter droid put a couple of the large crates he is delivering in the way of the passage for a couple minutes while he unloads the rest to block it off. "Just for a few minutes, of course," as he slips a couple credits to the worker. Stealth, Persuasion: 1d20+3=11, 1d20+8=20. Man, my stealth is still horrible rolls, even with that +2 from Seela. If it's a success, remove a failure to keep the DCs low.

The wookiee deliveryman nods in agreement of the price to move some crates out of the way and sets to work along side his labor droid stacking large plasteel crates. He snarls a low growl as Amon passes him by. As you all round the next corner you hear from behind, "You there, get those crates out of here!". The command amplified by a stormtrooper's helmet. The ploy has bought the party valuable time.

As Amon walks past the Wookiee he quietly tells him, I know why you don't like my kind, I'm not like that and thank you for your help.Stealth; Perception (1d20+2=18, 1d20+7=19)I'll use my success to negate a failure.

So focused on making sure to spot any incoming stormtroopers, Corran is able to point out a good path for the party to take. Unfortunately, he is starting to limp slightly and manage to make quite a scene as he trips over a bundle of cables.

Exiting from the dimly lit corridor Corran directed the group down, you see Halfway to the Galaxy just across the way. You duck inside well before anyone manages to see the large group enter. Being in part of the least maintained section of the station the interior is also in a bad state of repair. Lights flicker. A stale smell of bodies living in close proximity from a failing air recycler mixes with a slight ozone smell. A middle aged Twi'lek, who looks to like shes seen years of hard living in some dance hall or another greets Amon familiarly as they enter, "Good to see that you have returned....when I saw over on the stations holonews that that Gen'dai friend of yours was arrested by BSF and in Imperial Custody, I feared he had gotten you mixed up in something. Then promenade erupts into a lightshow.....wait were you apart of that mess?". She appears to finally recognize that some of you are injured and puts things together in her head.
