I think my battlefield control spell will likely be, "enlarge monstrous humanoid" and then the words "GO". That should cover a battlefield of about 1 square mile when the Toro and Haggard take the field  |

I don't think anybody will be standing near Toro then. |

Ok, Toro is a char I would be scared of, I have to say that. I feel like a schoolgirl in comparison.

What's the Amulet of Tears, by the way?
MiC 70, it has three charges per day, and can be activated as a swift action, if you spend one charge, it gives 12 temporary HP for 10 minutes, 2 charges give 18, and 3 charges give 24 temporary hp. It's a pretty decent way of getting a few more HP on a character stretched for hit points, especially at 2300 gold crowns. Haggard seem like a much more allround character than Toro, Toro is mainly a rogue who has stolen a fighters trick. |

Naw, I have the same weakness ( no Warblade level, i.e. a bad will save) as Toro, and do less damage, have less BFC options, etc. I do heal, and have more HP, that's it.
As a GM, the only options against a char like that tend to be unfun, i.e. I stun you for 5 rounds, you are now dead, etc.
Well... I don't mind, as I said, I'm at least 30% Healbot, and I'll try to make myself useful.

Well, I was trying to balance him against a 7th level caster. I know I failed horribly, but he's at least Tier 3-4 Without spells or ToB. I think he is useful. |

Heh, trying to do that with melee will ultimately fail. The only thing you can do is make a char that is fun - and a lot of GMs still can't deal with glass cannons that dish out enough HP damage to one-hit-kill most of their enemies  . Still, I do like playing near-mundane meleers a lot, so I won't complain. That being said, aren't we all here? Let's START!!!!  |
