Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.
Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Ya know, I was checking and Felgryn+Magnar could almost take a Balor...they don't give quite a high enough attack bonus to hit it with enough attacks each round. In 3 more levels they will be able to, at that point dishing out +/-600 damage/round over 9 attacks.
Besides, BP says it's CR 25 which means it's beefed up to 5 higher than the standard CR 20 Balor. And...Felgryn won't be immune to fire until next level so if he were to get entangled it would go very bad for him as he is currently vulnerable to it.
So yeah...no picking fights with Demon hordes (though before I looked up Balors I figured maybe if we jumped them the aberrations would join in to defeat them...)
