Oh I just love crawling to this board for help, but hey, might as well. :3

Basically, rules are no flaws or traits, any Forgotten Realms class is allowed, and haven't gotten a response for Alternate Class Features yet.  Standard gestalt rules, single Prestige Class at each level starting at/after level 5.  Stats are 18, 16, 15, 14, 12, 11.  And my intended race is Strongheart Halfling, and we're starting at level one.

I'm thinking of starting off as a Rogue 1/Shadow-Walker, and grabbing four more levels of rogue until going into Assassin, then jumping into Telflammar Shadowlord at 8-13 (taking rogue levels on the other side to keep sneak attack up?).  Thinking of grabbing swashbuckler and fighter levels on the other side to keep BAB and feats up, although I'm wondering if another progression might be better...  Or hell, if it'd be better just to go rogue/wizard and grab Unseen Seer/Daggerspell Mage.

So yes, any idea or tricks that would help out would be nice.  Or advice on if I should take rogue levels at the same time as Assassin (I know sneak attack progression won't stack, but four extra skill points per level and rogue abilities might be worth it...).

Swordsage for teleportation maneuvers instead of rogue.  As your DM if psychoportation effects count as teleportation.

+1. Swordsage//Ardent with some Dominant Ideal and Twined Dimension Powers sounds in order. A few less attacks per full attack due to BAB (though Tiger Claw fixes this), but between all the normal and schismed teleports you're getting, I'd say it's worth it. Grab Intuitive Attack and crank that Wisdom into the sky!

It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

...But I'm such a fan of rogue! D:  ESPECIALLY for the skills.  But I'll consider it, or try to work it in to the second progression path.

It can only be attributable to human error.

You should definitely go swordsage, they are better than rogues for combat abilities in almost every way and get almost the same number of skill points. A single level of rogue might be worthwhile if you can pick up the able learner feat from races of destiny to get the skills as class skills always.
