+20 to Touch Attacks @ 7-10 as a beatstick.

This is because +20 to hit is only a good number if you go straight to touch AC.

Add level up points, and a +4 Str item and that's +21 to hit. But then the Bard starts singing. He-

The +1 Martial Discipline weapon was interesting, I'm not sure how many people actually knew about that. I didn't, and there were a few others who seemed surprised as well. The bard was not.

How do we go about getting touch attacks;
1) That are self-contained?
2) That pack enough of a punch to be non-trivial?
3) Work with full attacks?
4) That can be on either full time, or at the very least is a swift action to activate?

I'm guessing Wraithstrike, and I'm guessing some are going to say Soul Eater. In a fringe case, I'm also going to guess Leadership.

1) Emerald Razor, Psionic ... thing, erm... Deep Impact... (Most spells, Lightning Gauntlets, other things that are plain old touch attacks normally), liberally interpreted ghost touch weapons, brilliant energy weapons, impaling weapons for 3/day use
2-3) It's a trap! Use standard action attacks and get out of there! Okay this probably isn't true for all characters, particularly pouncers with sudden leap who can full attack and get out of there.

Eh, they latched on to the +20 touch attacks at levels 7-10. You intrigued someone 's all. 

I want good touch attacks too, but I am slightly unsure of how to get them on full attacks. Any advice?

I don't know what the value of this thread is anymore. I wanted to see what Sunic was talking about to help put any discussion of a Tier 3 scout character in perspective, but outside of that context, I don't really know what this accomplishes. We've by now established that between +20 and +24 to hit isn't hard to hit, but the higher over +20 you go the more overtly specialized you get leaving your defenses lacking. Surely +30 to hit is even possible without Bardic music, but then of course you are a complete glass cannon.

Exactly, I am looking for information that I'm lacking. I'm a far-cry from an excellent optimizer, hence wanting more input.

Wand chamber and a Wand of Wraithstrike can get it done, assuming we're sticking with tier 3's here. If tier I is an option, DMM Persist Anyspell (Wraithstrike) gets it done.

Also, can you clarify what benefits Master's Will gets from additional vile feats, or were they meant as separate parts to a whole?

It's not that great. 2 prerep feats (Chosen of Evil and Evil Brand - Chosen of Evil can be substituted by being undead).
Master's Will gives +8 on any check as an immediate action if you roll an odd number on a d20. Chosen of Evil gives +1/vile feat (including Chosen) to a check as an immediate action for one round but you take 1 Con damage.

When I read it (anyspell) at first, I thought it worked like that but the emphasis on the word 'arcane' in its text makes me think this isn't right. And you cast it as a 'wizard'.. so like, ymmv or w/e etc.
