Level 1-3, take for your first level of your major bloodline, 4-6, take for your second level of your major bloodline, gestalt 7-12 alongside 1-6, take for your third and final level of your bloodline.

The gestalted levels will affect BAB, saves and HP as normal for gestalt. Skill points will be gained from these levels only if the class would grant more skill points than its corresponding class.

PrCs may fill the both sides of the gestated levels.

Intead of the normal required amount of experiance to advance past level 6, you will only be required 5000.

After taking your last bloodline level, you start to gain a feat for every 5000 experiance.

Your ECL is capped at 6.

Your skills are capped at 9.

Your caster level/manifester level/etc are capped at 6 from class levels and 9 including bloodlines. A class feature/feat/item that raise these values are not capped, and can thus raise them to higher than level 9.

PrCs that advance spellcasting, will only advance spells slots up to 3rd.

Action points are in effect for this game.

Titan blood line has a minor change, Use oversized weapon is only weapons one size bigger than the character is.

4th level spells/powers will not be able to be cast/bought/any other thing. The only exception to this rule is Earth Spell.

Class features that appear on both sides of the gestalt, do not get canceled out.

Maneuvers and stances are capped at level 5.

Tentatively, all other magic systems are capped at level 4 abilities.

Incarnum:
Meldshaper caps at 9 with bloodlines.
As your character level is capping at 6, the standard maximum essentia capacity is 2.
If meldshaping is advanced by PrC, it caps at level 12, advancing soulmelds/essentia/chakra bind count.

Full transparency between spells and psionics is alive and well.

Gadgeteer Genius, is allowed with the removal of Cunning Artifice, and the stipulation that when Jury Rig is used to make an item, it is created without any daily uses or charges.

Bloodline levels count as full initiator levels.
