Overlooking the cosmos, seeing all that was, all that could have been, all that is, all that could be, the Time Lord beckons you in.

Out of character talking goes here. Keep the other threads somewhat clean.

Hello, hello, mind the door, it's a bit chilly out there. Blimey, is that the swimming pool over there? Last time I was here it was in the library. Well, you know what I mean. Love what you've done with the place--still bigger on the inside and all that, but you've gone a bit overboard on the decorations, haven't you? All gloomy and brooding. Brings back memories, this does.

Regarding the changes to titan bloodline: It now applies to any weapon one size larger instead of just warhammers?

Well...some would argue that it would give you the ability to wield a weapon 'big enough for Gargantuan creatures' is the titan ability...

Anyways, yes any weapon.

Working on a Forest Gnome Beguiler/Wizard/ UM build with the Efeerit bloodline. Unsure if working for Karnath makes Dragonborn unsuitable storywise.

Also, are we using retraining rules?

It is a viable option; none of the nations are inherently evil. Even when we get to the point where you will probably be controlling undead minions, as long as you are not part of any village slaughtering for the purpose of raising the undead, you should be good. You are fighting for your nation after all.

By that you mean, am I allowing you to retrain out requirement for early entry into PrCs?

Think I will go with all but the feats, assuming you don't make some sort of mistake on them. You will potentially be getting quite a few of them, so there shouldn't be a shortage.

More that efreeti gives me Dodge ... which is Dodge  Rolls Eyes I'd like to retrain it to at least Midnight Dodge or something. Too bad about retraining the early entry feats, but thats fair, pay later to be powerful now.

Bloodline feats wouldn't be retraining, they are not selectable.

Midnight dodge is an acceptable replacement.

Reposting here a question of mine from the char thread (hope I didn't miss the answer somewhere):

Do bloodline levels count as full initiator or half?

Full initiator level. I just seemed to have forgot to copy it over.

Redoing character concept because Crusader is kind of boring. How do you feel as refluffing Incarnum to channeling power from the Silver Flame?

Hmm. Would a Feytouched qualify as a long-lived character? The standard operating procedure where WotC is concerned with fey aging is "we don't know, make some shit up."

I will give them elf life spans (so yes). There fluff makes them sound like the least form of fey, and the fluff doesn't mention eternalness like killorens.

Yes, but you must be tied to one of the houses, which then limits the available skills. I don't recall totally, so if I am mistaken correct me, but all the houses should be neutral, allowing any house.

Yes, I'm reading up on them now, assuming the Houses would be essentially unchanged from their post-War decision.

Afaik from my reading of last war history, they were for the most part: Cannith sold warforged to everyone, Denneith hired mercenaries to everyone, Jorasco medics were present on all sides of the conflict, house Kundarak loaned money to all the involved nation etc.

House Sivis seems the easiest, but attached to the Twelve, which is an academy of arcane research in Karrnath. Sounds good?
